See site below on this since it is a little complex to answer. I guess you mean bone density. Note-- many many experts have this wrong and site below explains this.

Actually your diet won't do much to help you there. You must do a lot of high impact and weight bearing exercise.

Use Calcium rich diets. If it doesnt work, see your doctor to prescribe Calcium retaining medicine.
