Three pounds isn't going to show an awful lot. Besides, if you want to lose three pounds, you'll probably do that on vacation from sitting out in that hot sun - drinks lots of water and sweat it all out of you, and you'll probably drop some pounds.
Don't go on some panic diet to lose so few pounds that won't show much anyway - if you're hoping to get to 110 pounds, you'll probably still look OK in a bikini weighing 113. Don't sweat the small stuff, and remember: muscle is heavier than fat, so you may not be losing *weight,* but losing *inches* is what's noticeable.

Ok go on a 1200 calorie diet. Only eat that many in a day and do some serious exercise. But don't over exert yourself. The cravings- cravings only last for like 15 minutes. If you can resist it for that long then you're ok. Try to avoid situations where you're always around lots of food. If you do get cravings and they won't go away, eat a slice of bread (bread expands in your stomach and makes you feel full) or drink water. Drink lots of water anyway though. Don't drink any pop.

I'm goin on holiday in 3 days as well.
I'm just trying to drink more water, snacking on two pieces of fruit during the day and only eating a cup of soup for dinner. And not eating a thing after say 7pm. Don't know if it will work but man I ope so. The cravings arent so bad for me because i'm a smoker so I just have a glass of water and a cigarette. But maybe you can try eating some celery sticks, the water content makes you feel full and eases bloating as well. I don't know if this is guaranteed to work but man I hope so. Good luck...

thats kind of hard to do but.....drink a lot of water! I lost 10 pounds 2 months ago and I still can't tell! 3-5 pounds won't make that much of a difference. You should have tried to lose weight at least a week before leaving.

Just do it. You will be so proud of yourself. You need to do cardio exercise everyday for a good hour. Only eat(but you must eat at least three times a day) salads and fruit. Anything with low calories. Drink ONLY water!!! If you do this you should not only look better but feel great!
Some cardio exercises(this means to keep your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes or longer):
Running or jogging
Dancing
Jump roping
playing soccer
swimming laps
rollerblading
running up stairs

only three pounds? if you only want to lose that much you probably aren't overweight. but if you really want to don't drink anything but water, and don't eat anything but fruit and veggies. take a multivitamin(so you don't lose your hair) two times a day. you'll probably want to keep this up for a week so a couple of days after you get to the place you're going. if you're staying there for a while, do this every other week so you don't gain back the weight while you're there. hope this works!

You need cardio too dieting usually doesnt do it by itself. Go a good 30-45 minutes ova the next few days on a treadmill or bicycle. Also when u eat after excercising the body is worked up so it burns those calorie much quicker dan normal

Drink lots of water and cut out all salt and salty foods. Also try to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. That should at least eliminate 3 lbs of water weight. Good luck and enjoy your vacation!

Honestly, those extra 3 pounds aren't going to make your bikini look any different, you won't even notice it. There's no really good diets that help you lose weight in such a short amount of time anyway, it's unhealthy.

If you're really determined, you can definitely do it. Drink lots of water (15 cups a day?) and eat fruits for snacks. Ditch the carbs (esp. biscuits, white bread, muffins, pastry) and just eat less overall.
Bear in mind that if you maintain you new weight, you'll have to watch what you eat (even on vacation)...
Good luck!!!
