Hell, at least you're somewhat reasonable about it. Some people want these results in days.
Well, if you've only got 50 bucks a week, that's good because it means you can buy less food. Actually, what I would recommend you do is hit an organic market and buy a few good, high-quality foods. Blow all your 50 bucks on yummy stuff from the place. Some suggestions are organic cereals (lots of good varieties here), organic chicken noodle soup, and Amy's organic frozen meals. On 50 bucks a week you can eat well and still lose alot of weight. Since organic stuff tends to be a little more expensive, you'll also buy less food...which in this case is a good thing.
Also get plenty of exercise. Just load up a cd/mp3 player with some good jams and walk a few laps around the neighborhood. The music will make the time fly and walking is excellent for losing weight. As far as water, try alternating between mineral water (I highly recommend Topo Chico mineral water - a Mexican import) and distilled water.
I lost 60 pounds myself this way in a short amount of time. Good luck :D

Um... that is completely unrealistic. The ONLY way you're going to shed that much weight before August 9th is by doing exactly what you claim you don't want to do. Safe weight loss should be 1.5 - 2 pounds per week on average. Considering that you have nine weeks to get to your goal, I'd say you're looking at more like 15-20 pounds lighter by eating right, cutting out sugary sodas and guzzling water, keeping sweets to a bare minimum (and even then I recommend sugar-free, or just stick with fruits), getting enough protein, and exercising about 4 days a week with at least 40 minutes of cardio and mixing that in with strength training.

You have 9 weeks to shoot for your goal, that would be 5 pounds per week which is a VERY AGGRESSIVE goal.

Let's back it down, and shoot for 2-5 pounds a week. Be thrilled with anything in between those numbers.

Let's drop the focus from "weight loss" and switch it to "body changing" and "fat percentage loss".

You'll need to really focus, and eat a very healthy diet, reasonably on calories, low on fat. You should try to eat 5 times each day, to get your metabolism going faster. Each meal needs to be small. Don't eat after 7PM.

You need to exercise. I'd highly recommend using a 6 day workout plan. 3 Days each week do aerobic exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes, preferably 45 minutes. This can be fast walking, riding an exercise bike, jogging, etc..

The other three days, do resistance/weight training. You need to build some lean muscle, to help in increasing your metabolism and to burn the fat.

You need to work on your mind, also. Write your goals on paper, read them every day in the morning, and every night before going to bed. Picture in your mind how you'll look in 60 days. Get excited when you think about it.

Stay away from processed sugar, and processed foods as much as possible. Think natural foods. Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, Fruits, Vegetables, Chicken Breasts, Fish, Egg Whites, etc..

Well ... you can make really good progress but 45 pounds in 9 weeks is too aggressive. That would be 5 pounds per week. To lose weight and keep it off, you should aim for no more than 2 pounds per week.

Put another way, there are about 65 days between now and August 9. Each pound lost is 3500 calories burned (via exercise) or avoided (through less eating).

To lose 45 pounds in 65 days, you would need to eliminate 2400 calories below your metabolic rate per day. So, for example, if your metabolic rate is 3,500 calories (no weight gain or lost if you eat that amount each day), you would need to drop to 1,100 calories per day for 65 days... which is way too low.

A better target would be 18 pounds by August 9, which means cutting back around 970 calories per day.

Please.. health comes first. Losing weight gradually and intelligently is safer, healthier and is more likely to be successful in the long term. Good luck!

Well, first don't go on any specific diet just eat what you think is healthy. Next, workout a little more than you do but don't push it just work out for about 30 min-1hour a day by doing an exercise video or just er exercises you doing whatever exercises you know. Hint,Hint: I found that swimming is more effective than just exercising. I know this from experience because I'm 12 and 135

First off, I bet you drink a lot of soda with sugar in it don't you? It takes a little getting used to but try switching to diet. I lost 35 lbs. last year by switching to water after 12:00 (noon). I drank a lot of soda. Also just try walking for light exercise and then try a little longer walk or jog. If you are uncomfortable with the jog try a treadmill.

You are YOUNG. Chill out. I will say this though... to lose weight, it should be done GRADUALLY, meaning 5-10 lbs/week w/ propper diet and working out. 50 lbs in 2 months (the natural way) is too high of a goal for ANYONE. That's just my oppinion.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
