Bo-flex and other workout machines are inferior to free weights. Using free weights forces you to work both the target muscles and the muscles that stabilize them. If you want to get big stick with the basics, using compound exercise such as squatting, dead-lifts, bench, rows, etc. They work large groups of muscles together and stimulate a greater anabolic response.

Also, you can't turn fat into muscle. It's not possible. Through diet and exercise you can lose fat and gain muscle, giving the appearance of turning fat into muscle, but muscle is built from protein, not fat.

What you really want to do to bulk is eat a lot and work out during the same period of time. You want to make sure that your body always has plenty of protein and other nutrients necessary to grow muscle while you are working out. A side effect will be that you will gain a little fat from the amount you are eating, but you by no means want to gain fat first and then start working out.

What I have found the best way to bulk up quickly is to eat a lot just to get the weight up about a good 10 pounds. Don't completely pig out, just try to gain 10-15 pounds over a week. Then do intensive exercise and turn the extra fat into muscle. It is easier to convert fat to muscle (as long as its reasonable amt) rather than making normal muscle bigger

Do you want to simply gain weight or gain mostly muscle? I will assume you mostly want to gain muscle. Diet & exercise go hand in hand. Eat small frequent meals 3 to 3 1/2 hours apart. Get at least 1 gram of lean protein per lb. of bodyweight. Thus you weigh 180lbs. and get 6 meals a day in get 30 grams of protein every meal. You can buy Body Rx by Dr. Scott Connelly used on Amazon for $3.00-4.00. Its an easy read! Keep your reps between 6-8. Sets per bodypart 8-12. Get plenty of rest!!Your muscle will never come fast, only junk weight does! This is pretty vague so buy the book.Get Big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can turn fat into muscle like you can turn lead into gold!
