Join a gym. Cut back on the amount you eat and drink alot o water. this is what i have done and i have lost 10 lbs in two months. it is easy once you get into a routine of it. And dont take laxative. that is just painful and uncomfortable.....gas pains from those things are really not cool.

Not a good idea . There are teas you can drink that are natural that will help you loose weight and exercise . Laxatives wil ruin your body.

Its only water weight your gonna lose (5 lbs tops)...when on laxatives make sure you get enough potassium in your system or you will end up getting muscles cramps...Best bet to lose weight is exercise more and cut down on junky foods (carbs and sweets)
