just wondering because i'm dieting. my nantucket nectar juice says 20% real juice and the rest is made from concentrate.

Juice made from concentrate is chemically identical to 'real' juice.

What concentrate is is fruit juice with some water removed then the rest frozen. So unless there's a problem at the plant, it's really not that different from regular fruit juice.

I don't know, but what I do know is that drinking juice is not such a great idea on a diet, a glass a day is okay but it has so many calories, the doctors say just have the fruit insted, you save the calories and you get a real serving of fruit in a day.

It depends on what they use in the concentrate. Usually, they add a lot of sugar into concentrates which is very bad for you. But, if you don't drink a lot of it you're fine. Water or fresh juice is always better for you.

there is no real difference in terms of vitamin quality, but to me the taste is what is different. i don't drink the concentrated stuff, i drink 100% juices---orange, apple, grape, on down the line of drinks.

possibly. in case you're able to have in simple terms offered in simple terms Orange, the baby could have extra powerful-tasting orange juice, plus you're able to have had extra time to forget her at a similar time as playing on Y!A.
