It depends on how serious you want to loose weight. If your serious about it then you have to eat healthy and exercise. Just one of the two won't cut it.
There was a question, how can i lose 50 pounds quick, take a look at that one there is a lot of good stuff in it.
As for exercising, running is key. If your not able to run then start by walking and build up to it. At the bottom there will be a 6 week running plan. Follow it because running isn't just a leg workout it will work your whole body.
I would also recomend leg lifters, scissor kicks, flutter kicks, crunches, and bicycle crunches.
For individuals trying to loose weight I always recomend stew smith from www.military.com. Regardless if a the individual is wanting to join the military or not. He has a lot of great artifices on overall fitness.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

walk daily for an our, try not to eat fattening foods and just do sit ups and push ups everyday....sign up for prevention.com and they have a lot more tips for you...if ur under 18 just give them a different year of birth thats what I did and the website really helps
