my friends said even if you skip your meal 1 time it wouldn't effect your weight if you like to eat snack like potato chips and peanuts. For note, I don't eat sweet things like chocolate although I eat bitter chocolate.

I really need a detox and internal cleanse. I'm gaining weight, tired, and I look horrible. I found colon cleansers, liver cleansers, and detoxers at the drug store but they're so expensive and I really can't afford them. What are homemade recipes I can make?

I was eating a bowl of fruits (fruit salad) the other day and I was thinking that it would take less time to consume if I blended all the fruits, made it into a fruit punch and drank it. This got me thinking that maybe the fruit punch would be easier absorbed by the body since its already been blended into small bits.

So in general, if any solid food was blended into a liquid form, would it be better?
What you people think, do you think this is true?

i'm trying to get skinny (100-105 lbs) i currently weigh 126lbs and i am only 5"4..so i'm fat!
i am 14 years old.
rate how i did today please 1-10..
and give me tips on stopping at 900calories!

breakfast-7am
1/2 cup oatmeal
150 calories

lunch 12:30pm
1 ounce of peanuts
170 calories

2pm
30minutes of walking

fattie snack 3pm
a protein peanut butter CLIFF bar
270 calories, 20 grams of proteing

4pm
30minutes on elliptical machine

dinner 6pm
1 orange
1 slice of whole wheat bread (90 cals)
1 tablespoon of peanut butter

SNACK THAT SHOULDS HAVE HAPPENED AND MADE ME GET TO 1,200! :( 9:30pm
1 slice of whole wheat bread
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
and a carrot!:{



and i only drink water..lots of it!!!!!

I have been over weigh since I was about 9 and I have only noticeds it for 2 years. I have been tried everthing. I have given up junk-food, i play australian rules football (but the season is over), i play cricket, i play indoor soccer and i even went to gym until i started playing cricket. But the thing is that I have a condition called talipes, there are all different types of talipes and I have one of the worst cases. So if anyone has any tricks or solution to make a 13 lose about 15 kilos/33lb.

Just curious if i am lowering my metabolism.

I weigh 150lbs, and its basically all muscle. Im just tryin to make my face less full and stay cut (as opposed to bulky muscle)... and im curious if im doing a bad thing.

At age 10 i got in to major bike accident and i hit the handel bars really hard and i ripped my liver inside. At the hospital doctors told me never drink or smoke, also dont eat spice food. HOw can i keep my lives in good condition ? should i eat alot of oranges, appels, bannans ?/ Should i drink orange juice ?

Im currently 17 years old.

Last month i was at the gym, and i was working on this ab machine, it's like a crucher type thing, i don't know the real name of it. Anyway, I was crunching about 22 lbs, but the lady told me to do less weight with more reps, so i went down to 11 lbs and i do 2 sets of 50.

The lady also said if i would have stuck with the big weights, then the muscle underneath my fat would push out my stomach fat making it harder to lose it.

Is this true?
I'm almost starting to believe it is.
How do i get rid of the stomach fat, I mean I do cardio, should i do less on weights and focus on cardio for a while?

my little brother who has downs syndrome is eating the fish pills with omega-3, i guess its good for them. Ive read that its actually supposed to make your cholestorol lower, thus you lose weight, or get "balanced" But after he started taking the pills, both my mom and I noticed him getting a little fat, like drooping down over his underwear like a beer belly haah. but it might be cuz hes eating other pills at the same time, not sure.....

gunna be 16 in march-male, 174 lbs, 5'10
lifting weights for a year for football
getting real good gains but plateaued my bench, stuck at135x4 for a month now
5, 6 weeks ago i got 135x8 but i can just get 4 in now because i bench at least once a week, 4 sets

now i switched up the workout but bench 2x a week because of football
usually do 115x10
125x8
125x8
SOMETIMES(135x3 or 4) so 3 sets 2x a week
MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS
mon- bench, incline, db curls, barbell rows, chest flies, close grip bench
wed legs
FRI- bench, shoulder press, front/side lateral raises, pullups, db curls, skull crushers
tues, thurs, weeknd rest

i def plateaued because i'm getting real good gains in other areas but not on my bench like i can incline a bit more than kids who do same weight more reps for bench press wtf, i know i have way more mass and strength too so its def plateau
should i switch to dumbell chest press 2x a week, for the next week?
HELP ME WIT da PLATEAU
my diet is real good and my tris and shoulders

Morning: Cereal (Frosted flakes) Then water.
Lunch:Sweet potatoe and maybe an apple or banana for a snack.
Dinner: Veggies and chicken. And then another apple.
And i walk for about an hour a day.
And do 50 sit ups.

ok so i am doing these workouts so that i can lose some weight to get in the healthy weight for myself. now i have a stomach but its not huge.. its like..idk but yeah im chubby? lol anyways not sure if htat matters but these workouts say that liek this will give you super strong abs and this will tone this up and give you killer legs and killer abs and all that stuff. but like would that just build up underneath the fat i have? or will it replace it? im doing stuff like 10 pushups then holding hte up position for 30 seconds then 10 more push ups.. im doing this arm things with weights and like a bunch more...so is this going to help me get rid of the weight? or will it just go under the weight?

could it have been from yoga? My right side is a little sore to but its the muscle that feels sore. It was just a pain out of nowhere i was playing backgammon with my dad and it slowly started to hurt more and more and more then just went away so do you think it could have been from yoga?

I weigh 135 lbs

I just eat breakfeat, lunch, dinner, and dessert. They are normal sized helpings. What are some ways to loose weight fast???????????? I can loose 5 pounds in 2-3 days but I eat normally, I just exersize alot. I drink lots of water to make sure its not water weight. But then I stop exersizing and it slowly comes back!
