Not in four days...but in the long term these might work:
1: Lie on your bach with your hands under your body. Lift your legs, keeping them straight and lift them over your head. Do sets of 10-15 repetitions.
2: Lie on your side, prop yourself up with a pillow and do kinda like scissor kicks where you lift one leg up at a time. Do sets of 15-20 repetitions.
3: Dancing is great cardivascular activity where you lose heaps of weight without even realising it.
4: Swimming is a fantastic full-body workout. Try walking through water. The force which the water places on your movement causes the body to work harder to move you through.

Replace all your beverages with water. Do not lower your food intake because that makes your body canabalize (it turns muscle to fat to eat itself). Just replace all your food with fruits and vegetables. Avoid any greasy, high fat, or high sugar foods (use your common sense). Also work out the problem areas, because toning can show up as soon as the day after, even a just a 'lil bit!
If nothing else you will feel a helluva lot better.

Not that I know of. However, I have heard of some luxury spas that offer a body wrap that's supposed to help you lose inches. It's mostly water weight and comes back soon, but it might tone you up a little bit for your weekend!

Yes, many places offer the wraps (Salons and aesthetic offices). This does work quick but is expensive and does not last.
Your only real option for results this fast!!

You can do skin wraps at a spa which extract all your excess water weight, or take those all natural pills which extract water weight... but that is about all you can do in 4 days unless you excersise your butt off!
