There is no way. All that detox and internally cleanse stuff is just pseudoscience combined with snake oil salesmen wanting your money. I swear some of the stuff they say is so laughable.
The only time you need a detox, and I mean a true detox is if you're an alcohol or drug abuser. And that's done in a hospital with an IV or drugs under the supervision of a doctor.
I don't know what's in liver cleansers but colon cleansers are just overpriced fiber and laxatives. The only time you need a clean colon is if you're going in for a colonscopy and the hospital give syou instructions for that.

Diet and Exercise will do wonders:
1) Start running, you will be amazed at its ability to make you feel clean inside. After I run I am able to poo really well. I know it sounds funny but it works so well.
2) Stop eating meat and start eating lots of vegetables. This will clear your digestive track. Lots of dietary fiber will keep you regular.
3) Drink decaf coffee and non sweetened cranberry juice. (not together of course). Coffee is a laxative and cranberry juice is a natural cleanser. The juice is high in anti oxidants and is very acidic.
There is no magic pill or recipe that will make you feel great. The things I suggested are not long term remedies, rather, something to get you feeling ok for the moment.
If you want to look and feel good in the long run you need to watch your diet and get a lot of exercise. If you join a big gym you can usually get a trainer and nutritionist to give you expert advice. They are expensive in the short run but 500 dollars now gives you advice for a lifetime.
AGAIN, there is no magic pill to solve your long term problem.

There's a lot to be said for good old fashioned water. Buy yourself a water filter or some bottled water and start making it a habit to carry water around with you. Water flushes the system as does exercise. Clean up your diet. Eat fresh fruits and veggies (natural cleansers) without adding tons of butter and salt, eat very simple proteins, eat whole grain breads. Just eat very simply for a while and see how you feel. I can tell you it makes a world of difference. Sometimes I just switch to a nice lentil soup and veggies for a week with lots of water and exercise and I feel a lot better. None of the cleansers are proven to work. I'm a huge advocate of natural remedies but am skeptical of this approach.

You don't need to detox unless you are alchoholic or drug addicted, and you don't need to do any kind of internal cleanse. Unless you have a serious case of IBS, you don't have any pockets to lose stuff in way down in that colon. The colon was designed to be self cleaning, providing you eat right, lots of fiber, veggies, fruit and drink plenty of fluid- it doesn't need washing up by you. Most of the detox and colon cleansing stuff is just a bunch of herbs and clay. While it won't necessarily hurt you, it won't do anything for you either. Anything that can be absorbed has long been absorbed and is no longer hanging out in the colon by the time the potions arrive anyway. The clay is what puts the K in Kaopectate, as in kaolin clay. So it has uses, just not what you have in mind. We aren't as a rule, clay eaters, and our bodies aren't designed to digest it. Had you really ingested something that toxic, what you would need is chelation, and that from a doctor who could monitor the progress. Anything you can eat is not going to be strong enough to leach much of anything out of your system. That takes much stronger chemicals and it's dangerous to boot- even in the hospital. The best home made recipes I can recommend require real food, cooked by you. Real veggies, fruits, whole grains, and plenty of liquid will do a much better job of keeping you "clean" and healthy. It's fiber you want to clean the system with, not herbs and clay. Weight gain is a matter of how much you eat, and how much you burn off in exercise and daily life. Eat more than you burn, you gain weight. Burn more than you eat, you lose. You would probably benefit from a multivitamin/mineral supplement- as being slightly deficient can make you feel tired and dull. You can slough off dry dull skin with a handfull of sugar and your regular soap, in the shower, a bath mitt, or one of the bath exfoliating scrubs sold for that purpose. My favorite is one with apricot pits bits, and a sugar scrub. See the beautician for a new cut, maybe a color treatment to brighten up that part of you. There are lots of ways to improve overall looks than eating strange stuff. Not only are they better for you in the long run, they are also immensely cheaper too.

"detoxing" flushes out the normal bacterial flora in your body, and that normal bacteria is what keeps the pathogenic bacteria from overgrowing. Those things you buy otc are not good for you. sure, they may help you lose a few lbs, but the healthiest way to do it and feel good is to eat right and exercise, there is no healthy shortcut. believe me, if there were, I would have found it. Just drink lots of water, high protein, low carb diet, lots of vegetables, and exercise, you will feel great, and not waste money on detox junk
