I dont eat that much ussualy,so dont ask.and i also am not feeling well at all today,i guess it was from last nights dinner.

If you're not feeling well I'm not surprised at all. you have so few nutrients in your body you immune system is screaming for actual food. You sugar level may be getting low...the problems with that start with you not feeling good. Wow.....eat some food. Food is the fuel that runs your body....if you don't give it some fuel it's going to stop running..

I dont wake up early enough for breakfast, so...

Lunch:
A sandwhich which was composed of 2 large wheat slices (bleh), a slice of (kraft)fat free cheese, 3 slices of pastrami ham, 3 slices of roasted turkey. I seriously could not taste any of that because wheat bread tastes like ***.

Snack:
A bowl of cookies n cream ice cream from dryers. The slow churned one.

Dinner:
A bowl of canned soup

Snacks:
100 calorie pack chips ahoy and a cookies and cream granola bar

Another dinner:
Pho

You realize you got less than half of the min. amount of required daily calories right?

Not lecturing you ...just thought I'd point that out.

I ate a bowl of cerial for breakfast

Spagetti and a piece of garlic toast for lunch

Protein shake and Bananna for dinner

I skip breakfast.

Lunch: Veggie burger & Diet coke- 310
Dinner: Noodles-120
Cereal- 150
Fruit snacks- 90

I ate too much today. :[

Maybe you should eat healthier to feel better.
oh well.

I had cereal with an apple for breakfast,
tofu sandwich with carrots for lunch,
odwalla bar for snack,
and chicken, rice, and brocolli for dinner.

I didnt eat enough for the 7 miles i ran in track today haha

Breakfast: oatmeal, milk

Lunch: salad, water, a piece of toast with peanut butter, and banana

Snack: string cheese and yogurt

Dinner: cup of brocoli, milk, apple, chicken, a brownie :P

Healthy snacks - cheetos, pretzels, donuts, etc.
Martini (double)
Too early for dinner - probably Mac 'n Cheese
