i want to gain weight, what are some good sources for protein that are easy to find and convienient to eat

Eating protein won't, by itself, help you gain healthy weight. You need to get into an exercise program to build muscle tissue, as well as consuming extra protein. The best sources for human beings is meat, fish, or fowl lean meat. Beef, lamb, pork in the mammal category; any kind of fish or other seafood; chicken, turkey, duck in the fowl category. There are lots of other animal sources for protein. Some plant products also contain protein, but you need to do some research to balance them, because they are incomplete when taken one at a time.

Eggs (the white only), chicken and fish. Plenty of protein

One of the best ways to gain good muscle is to eat more good calories. One of the easiest is eggs. They are easy to make and digest,but you need to eat the white and maybe one yolk.
