Hello

Just need some advice about the lemon detox diet. Is it really that good and easy to stick to??

Ive checked the website and it says that you can order the stuff from there but does anyone know if any good health shops stock it?

Hey,
I cant take my "diet"anymore(I'm not on a diet,i'm on my way yo an eating disorder),I just want to live like I used to before,but a bit less calories...Anyways I used to have a WHOLE pizza once a week or a Mc chicken W mayo and fries from Mcdonalds.I havent eaten those since like 3months ro more,but I was wondering,what is better,2 slices of margherita pizza(but it has loads of extra cheese,yum)or a Mc chicken Without mayo with a medium french fries?

i am a 14 year old female..113 pounds...5 feet tall...pretty active...jog on the treadmill like twice or 3 times a week...lift 7 pound weights...cunches and squats and lunges...how many calories should i eat a day if i wanna lose a pound to 2 pounds a week?....please help me!!!!!!!!!!!! and please dont give me a website i can go to to find this out for myself...just answer pretty please!

I plan on fasting for 21 days alongside a church starting Jan 1st. I plan on doing a liquid fast for 14 days and then slowly adding on vegetables and fruits. I am 4 foot 10, 18, and weigh between 90-92 pounds.

Will I be in immediate danger by doing this kind of fast?

As part of my exercise routine, I do two sets of 10 pushups.. (the "girl" ones, because I can't do real ones anymore). I'm a female teenager.. I was just wondering, if I continue with them, will I work away my already small chest? *blushes*

Also after i just jogged then, ( but sprinted at the end ), my chest began to hurt, a sharp pain at around the sternum/solar plexus.

I have no idea, but i dont think its asthma.

anyone know whats wrong? a soloution?

Ok im seriously thinking about taking steroids but im only a 16 male. If your going to give one of those answers your too young leave now. Ok no i don't want to take steroids but im starting to feel its a must, im lets say a phobic of being underweight especially bony, but my fear is becoming a reality. I am 5 foot 3 and only 105 pounds and it ranges from that to 103. Last year i was 5 foot 2 and weighed 110. But no matter what i do im not gaining any weight. I considered steroids as a LAST option but i dont no what to do i go to gym 4 times a week, i take creatone,protein, i have a good diet and yet nothing. And i dont want to gain fat. I see no other way to gain the weight. I researched steroids for a lil while and i got knowledge on it and i no how long to take it before going off it etc... I was just going to go on it for like 4 weeks with a good workout and i dont plan on going back on it once i hit 112-115. Once i hit that weight ill lean myself off of it. So my question is......

i do 50 pushups everyday when i get home from highschool.

is this pointless **as far as building muscle?** dont care about burning calories or any of that.

ive been doing it since the start of the school year, no noticable results, i think.

I weightlift 4 times a week and do light cardio (30-40 min day) on the tread and elliptical peretty much every day. I pretty much eat three light meals with the protein shakes in between. Is this too much protein to lose any weight?

My pasta says, on the back, that 1 serving = 1 ounce.
Okay, but do they mean 1 once measured in volume, or 1 ounce measured in weight??
If it's measured by volume, then 1 ounce of that pasta would = 1/4 of a cup (because 8 ounces = a cup).
If it's measured by weight, then I'm clueless.

Also, when you measure the amount of pasta you eat, if it most accurate to measure before or after you cook the stuff? (I know it shrinks when it's cooked.)

I know the bar (when taken apart from the supports) weighs about 37.5 lbs or so. But what if it is racked on the counterweights? So if I put a 45lb plate on each side for bench press (135lbs total on a normal bench) how much will I be lifting?
