well you lose weight according to your calorie intake and energy expenditure. But eating protein (fish, lean meat, chicken) takes longer to digest and therefore you don't get as hungry so it is best to include as much as you can. Green & yellow vegetables give you lots of fibre and little calories so you can have as much as you like of them. You need to be careful with carbohydrates because when you eat them, they tend to make you want more - especially if you have been a person who has eaten a lot of sugar, bread, cakes etc.
If you follow a calorie count, it helps to include something you like as well, even if it is forbidden - this helps you to stick to the diet
The best exercise is something that makes you breath faster and sweat - but it is essential that it is something you enjoy doing. If you take on an exercise regime that you hate, you will never stick to it.

You need to drink at least 1.5litres of water to replenish the water loss. Water can also detoxify the body and keep you full.
You can go on a detoxifying kinda diet - eat only fruits and vegetables. Try not to take those ready-made fruit juices because they have a high sugar content.
Fruits like banana gives a good energy boost (but not more than 3 a day), watermelon juice gives water supplement, apricots have high iron content.
Cardio exercises can keep good shape and stamina, yoga is good for flexibility and detoxifying. Do exercises that are not too heavy or strenous because you are are cutting down on food.
However, don't go on extreme diets - it will make you fat and unhealthy. Eat at more intervals but smaller portions.

Dieting is very, very simple actually. People just choose to make it more difficult than it is because it's not easy to do, and it takes willpower if you're going to succeed. Here's how simple it is: You have to burn more calories than you take in. How to do that: Exercise and eat less. Sounds simple enough, but exercise IS hard work (if you apply yourself to it), and over-eating is IS very easy to do. You have to commit yourself to changing your basic lifestyle. I did it, and lost more than 60 pounds in about 8 months or so. Once you commit to an exercise regime, you will find yourself getting into shape before you know it, and once you see visible progress around your waistline, you start to care more about what (and how much) foods you put into your body. Don't buy into fancy or trendy "diets" that are just a scam to take money away from gullible people. I mean think about it... why would you pay money to Jenny Craig so that YOU can lose weight? Just buy normal, but healthy, foods from the grocery store, and EAT LESS of it while you start to get some exercise into your life. Really; the first few weeks are the very hardest to be sure, but once your stomach starts to shrink a bit, and you start getting your bod used to the work, it gets easier. I promise.

Simple - you would think. Water is by far the true key! Drink it every time you can and you will still most likely not get what you need daily.
Eat a good breakfast and then four times throughout the day eat something small like a food bar. Try not to eat after six if you work regular hours.
The key to a 'diet' is that you keep the mechine running. Slack on eating and your body stores fat.

Well for exercising, I'd recommend doing squats (hands straight up to your ears and slowly bend one knee which is one-inch far from the ground and repeat movement repeatably), crunches (lay on the floor with hands across your chest and legs slightly bent in the air, not all the way and move body towards your knees and back down, without head touching ground), push-ups, and V-up's (same movement as crunches but instead of having knees bent and hands across chest, as your body is moving towards the ground have arms/hands go in the center where your legs should be making the letter V in the forward direction). Eat fruits, veggies, meat, and dairy. Eat normally but a smaller portion than before.

The best things to eat on a diet are low in calories and high in roughage and either contain, or are supplemented by, vitamins and minerals. The exercise should be aerobic, to burn calories and also strength-building since muscle burns more calories than other cells, even at rest.

Depends what your goals are. I assume you want to lose weight like all women so do five sessions semi-intense cardio a week @ 45 minutes each. Don’t eat any fried food or processed food. Stay away from sugars and High Fructose Corn Syrup.
