My sister heard this somewhere and has since stopped taking it. I am still taking it because I cannot find any articles stating that this is true. If you know where I can get more information please list the website. Thanks. :')

i have been eating healthy for like - ever!

meaning i DONT have junk foods and stick to fruit/vege/yogurt/wholemeal bread/wholemeal cereals/chicken breasts/fruit and nut bars and no butter etc etc....

but recently i have been eating around every 1 1/2 hour (something like an apple, or 200gms of yogurt etc)

and i have noticed i have gained weight on my legs.

i'm 15-16 girl , around 175cms high and weigh around 47kgs.

i know i need to put on a little weight, but its all going to my legs!!

so now i'm not sure what to do, ((please DONT suggest excersise because that is NOT an option for me at this point in time.. honest.. i wont go into details please))

anyway i think i'm eating around 800-900 calories a day and i do very little excersise, but having this really flabby weight on my inner thighs is very very discouraging to try and gain weight. (meaning you can still see my ribs)

i drink a lot of water and lately i have been REALLY obsessed with eating this muesli...

I'm really busy right now so I don't have much time to workout but I'm going to start up in the next week. Should I start loading creatine now or wait until I start lifting?

Recently, I have practice myself to sleep less hours per day. But I is really tough for me to sustain it. I feel very tire during the next day I wake up. Some more I am a designer. All my jobs need very high alertness and thinking. I can't think and work well in the morning. I start to procrastinate the whole day. It is very ineffective for me. I hope to get more hours per day by sleeping less but it happen another ways round.

What do you think about it?

I need advice on ways to lose weight. Healthy ways! I am so confused with all the different eating plans out there. No carbs, no meat, veggies, fruits, don't eat after 5 pm, shakes, pills, etc.....
What is the right way, is there a right way? I am 5'6", 165lbs, medium frame, pear shape, in my 30's and I am a mother. Is there a certain way I should be eating? What foods to eat or avoid? How often should I exercise? What is the best time to exercise? Morning or night?
In addition to myself, what are some healthy eating tips for kids? I also prepare all the meals for my large family. So I will have to make healthy meals that all of us will enjoy.

I am a 20 year old female: 5'5" and 168 pounds. I would ideally like to be 125. Ever since my junior year of high school, when I lost 15 pounds in Phys-Ed during our "running" section, I've been wanting to lose the rest of the weight.

When I graduated in 2005 I was about 170. I gained 15 pounds last winter (around Nov-Dec) bringing me up to about 185 pounds. My family planned a trip to Hawaii this past summer, and I wanted to reach my goal of 125 before our trip in August. I dropped 20 pounds in about 2 months - not even sure how I did it. However, it stopped.

Since the Hawaii trip I've purchased a membership at my community gym. I work out 30 minutes to an hour Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and sometimes Friday and Sunday. I feel this is a decent amount of work out time (30 mintes of cardio and 20 or so of lifting) and yet I'm not seeing any results.

I've been working out on this schedule SOLID for a month and have only lost 3 pounds.

Any advice - 40 pounds in 3-4 month!?

My husband and I want to live healthier. I had a baby 7 months ago and want to lose 15 pounds from my pregnancy. I want to work out not only to achieve this goal but thereafter as a weekly part of my schedule. I want to cook healthier, eat healthier, and have more energy. We have tried and tried and tried to make it happen several times, but always fail because it is easy to get take-out or go thru a drive thru. We always go back to our ways of pizza for dinner, fried foods, ice cream, watching TV instead of getting up to go to the gym etc etc, and we get disappointed in ourselves. Now I am starting to think I need to incorporate one healthy habit into my life, one at a time until it is a part of my daily routine. But I don't know where to start to ensure that I am successful this time. Any suggestions? What is a step I can take, to start living a healthier lifestyle? What would you recommend be the first start so I am successful in my goals? Thank you for your time

I don't want this to become a pattern for me. After the holidays I feel like I am dragging myself everywhere. I lose excitement and interest. I feel like I'm going in circles and I begin to stutter. I lose energy and weight. How can I prevent it. I want to stay energized, in a good mood, and healthy.
