Hello, I'm a natural competitive bodybuilder, a personal trainer and a nutrition consultant and I can tell you loosing 20 lbs in a month is very hard to do, thirty never heard of someone dropping that much weight. You can safely lose 5 to 7 lbs a month, but you'll need to eat the right foods in small meal portions. If combined with a good excises program and eating seven small meals a day, with maybe two of the meals consisting of a good quality protein shake you can lose and still keep your immune system up and gain or tone muscle at the same time.
In the weight lifting world slow is good. That for the weight lifting motions as well as losing weight. Don't rush it your body will suffer. Don't let you immune system go down to the point if you catch a cold it takes three weeks to get over it.
Smart meal planning, wise eating, and a healthy exercise program will make you, smart, wise and healthy....start a program. Don't expect overnight success. It takes time to reshape the body and it's done from the inside out. Good luck
You can change the way you look and feel.....Just don't rush it.

its def possible but its not healthy and you'll most likely put it right back on. You need to learn the proper way to eat and exercise. It's not easy but it's the only way that works. It's actually really hard. Trust me, I've been trying for 3 years now but I'd rather have those 20 or 30 pounds than lose it and gain it. Keep trying and find foods that work for you. Find exercise that works for you. Good luck:)

20 or 25 in two months is more likely but that is diet and exercise and without the use of stimulants or laxatives or the weight will come right back plus some. Slow and steady wins the race, but if you gotta fit into a dress by the Holidays, expect to lose15 at most

yes its possible to loose 30 lbs in a month but no it is not healthy.
the healthy amount of weight to loose is 1-2 lbs per week so thats 4-8 lbs a month.

The heavier you are the faster you will lose weight . If you are very obese then 20 pounds in a month is OK..not too healthy, but ok. 30 pounds is possible...

When i first got with my gf, I was pretty large, and she knew me as a friend when i was thin, so I ate like 3-4 bites of food a day and lost 10 pounds a week for 5-6 weeks. Don't recommend it at all. Very unhealthy.

possible, yes. healthy, no way! you should be loosing 2-3 lbs a week!! if you are losing more, you should increase your calorie intake.
Besides, think about it...once your diet is over and you start eating more, your gonna gain all the weight back.
