Try to eat 6 times a day, like every 2 or 3 hours. And work out your meals so your eating carbs and proteins or fats and proteins and not carbs, fats and proteins. Depending on when you workout will determine the type of meal. During a carb meal you can take R-ALA to supress an insulin spike.

One thing I added to my post -workout protein shake was dextrose (corn sugar), you can order online for like 2$. You put 1 tablespoon for every 10grams of protein. Helps carry protein to muscle and helps replace glucogen stores. I would also drink a protein shake before bed to help muscle recover overnight, but have to make sure you're eating good and cardio is good or you'll get fat hehehehe. These were the things I did when I was working out alot, when I got up to 180. That and I was taking an EE-Creatine which is in NOXplode.

supplements are overrated, there are only a few that offer true benefits these would be: protein powders, dextrose & maltodextrin, CLA, HMB, GABA, BCAA's, L-Glutamine or glutamine peptides, L-Arginine, creatine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, omega fatty acids, multivitamin.

bodybuilding is 80% diet, 10% training and 10% supplements both OTC and AAS. there are no magic supplements or training routines. the difference between the big guys in the gym and the not so big guys usually comes down to 3 things in no specific order.

time in training
diet
dedication

* I train several NPC heavyweight females off and on over the course of the year. these girls are between 5'1 and 5'3 and go as high as 175 lbs in the off season. i'm 250 lbs @ 9% body fat and some of these girls eat more than I do. trust me if you aren't gaining weight supplements aren't your problem. to get big you have to eat big, and you also have to count cals and monitor your body fat regularly.
