I just learned in my nutrition class that vitamin A can improve your vision if you get a good supply of it, and it seems like vitamin A is the only vitamin I'm not getting enough of and I have really bad vision

hello,

well, i am gaining alot of weight due to stress and was wondering is there something that i can take to control them both? i have gained over 30 pounds and i can't seem to get it off! if you have benn through this and have any suggestions please give them to me your advice or experience with this will be very appreciated.. also if you think that i should see a doctor or if you have seen one tell me what was recommened for you/////.. thxxxxxxxxxxxx in advance.

My BMI says that I am on the edge of obese. I am also very broad shouldered, enough to stand out in a crowd, so I think that that could be throwing off my BMI. I might look a bit overweight, but I feel great.

I don't have a lot of fat just alittle on my thighs and kinda little love handles. So should I run everyday followed by a good diet everyday or will that make me gain muscle? I don't want any muscle at all I just want to get all the fat off all of my body. What is the best way to lose all the fat all over my body without gaining any muscle?I don't want to tone up anything i just want to get thinner.I can't swim every day and I don't have an indoor bike but I do have a treadmill. And I can't go to the gym either.

we are always being told this food or that is bad for us.....today it is fried / roasted / baked meat. Tomorrow it will be something else. what are the statistics on vegetarians or vegans. Are they healthier for their restricted diets ?
