I just wanted to know.. wants you get to your healthy BMI will your body appear healthy? or thin? because im actually a bit over my ideal BMI for my body and im wondering when i will start looking thin, so im thinknig once i get to my healthy BMI, is that when i will look the part? or can you even be in your healthy BMI and still look fat?

Just a quick question but eveything I have been reading tells me that it is the pill slows or stops weight loss. Is this true?

If so when is the best time to come off it? Plus are there any other contraceptives with out this side effect?

I have been doing some research on colon cleanse products. I understand that some just act as a laxative and some help tp clean out your system. I have read on some websites that doctor's say a colon cleanse is not needed because you body already does an excellent job at filtering things out. Sounds like they are keeping job security to me. How then do you explain the people that loose weight and have all that nasty stuff flush out of thier system? People say just eat fiber but eating fiber alone and eating well does not allow all that "junk" to flush out. I'm sure you have seen the pictures. My question is: If they say it's not needed, they how do you explain the massive ammount of junk that gets released after using one of these products? Woudl much rather NOT have that in my body. Thanks

Do crash diets help? and if they do, how long does it take to really see some change in your weight? Is there any crash diet you can do for 7-10 days, that will help you loose about 5 pounds?

Breakfast: Lemon Water
1cup Soy Milk (fat-free)
1/2 Apple
Snack 1 : 2 tbsp. Peanut butter w/ medium banana
1 cup Soy Milk (ya, i know...i drink a lot of this)
Snack 2 : Celery w/ 2 tbsp. PB
WENT TO THE GYM; ran on treadmill for 16 min, biked for 15, and lifted 3 different kinds of weights
Snack 3: Banana, 3 strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries in 2/3 cup soy milk (....)
Dinner: 1 can drained tuna w/ a pickle
grapefruit juice
6 almonds
Then did a TON of sit-ups.

My goal is weight loss. Seeming to work?

i live with my dad and my brother... and all they buy is junk.. not fruits or anything. im not aloud to go out of the house to exercize or anything. but i really want to loose weight. at one point about 2 weeks ago i was doing no joke... 1100 crunches a day. well i tried it in an hour and it took from 6 25 till about 7 15 or so...i learned i can do 100 crunches in 1 min and about 5 secs. is this what im gonna have to do to loose the weight and if so.. is this healthy? i need tips and anything you can give me PLEASE.

I just got done watching the Victoria's Secret style show on the tube. I feel like someone hit me up side the head with a board. I have been seriously dieting since January of 2007 and I have lost 120 pounds. I am with in 15 or 20 pounds of the target weight that the Doctors have for me. As I was watching the show, I really began to understand the hopelessness that some gals have when it comes to dieting and trying to better themselves physically when the media and such put out these kinds of shows where an impossible standard is presented as the ultimate in female looks. It is no wonder that women become so hopeless when it comes to weight. How do you combat the attack on your focus that goes one when you are working so hard to take the fat off?

im 14, and im not buff but im not weak either. im just skinny. i can do about 100 pushups in a row, and about 1000 crunches. the problem is im just skinny, but i want to get bigger muscles by the summertime. what is a good, DETAILED, workout plan?
im 14, 110 pounds, about 5 foot 3 inches.
i have a little bit of bulge in my stomach when im not flexing/tense, but im NOT fat by any means.
please help!

Ok. So
For breakfast, I ate: a bowl of oatmeal with baked fruit on top.
For lunch, I ate: two blueberry bagels and a banana.
For dinner, I ate: a whole wheat plain bagel and a box of blueberries and a half box of strawberries.

Have I eaten too much for one day? Or did I just eat too many bagels? please tell me, i am thirteen years old, 5 feet 4 inches, and 105-110 pounds. thanks!

I've been going to the gym regularly for almost a year, I estimate I've lost somewhere around 40lbs. of fat and gained around 20 in muscle mass. But I'm having a lot of trouble losing the last 10 lbs. of fat and putting on the last 15-20 of muscle.

I know this is because of a few things I'm doing wrong and I'm working on them but I have one problem.

I'm addicted to milk like it was cocaine (not that I do cocaine). I drink around 1/2 gal. of skim milk every day. I don't mix it with anything other than my lean protein after my workouts. I know the milk has some fat, but it's natural and packed with protein.

Other than killing my budget is this habit killing my workout routeine?
