More important is quality of the calories than quantity- though that matters, too. Your size, age, gender, and activity level all have a bearing on the amount of calories your body needs but the average adult burns 80-100 calores per hour simply being alive.
Looking at what you ate I think you are in danger of too little than too much. You're still growing, some weight gain is normal- even fat is normal and healthy. You want a BMI around 19-24. You're borderline too thin (about 18 if you weight 105)- so be careful. Depriving your body can create problems with your development.
Your diet (for the day) is heavily carbohydates. Where is your protein? What kind of fat are you eating? You NEED these things, especially now. Whole wheat bagels and fruit is a great breakfast (let's add a glass of milk to that to make it better), but how about a chicken salad with avocado and pistachios for lunch? (Really good, by the way). How about a whole wheat wrap with meat, cheese, and vegetables for dinner? Some fresh fruit, sorbet, or frozen yogurt as a dessert. Sounds yummy to me :)
Vary your diet, keep the whole grains and fruits but add some protein and good fat (good fat can include nuts, fish, avocado, olive oil, etc). Don't be afraid of meat- lean meat, seafood or chicken. If you're not a meat eater get some soy, or protein sources (when getting protein from plant products you need to be certain they're COMPLETE proteins). Protein is so important- and you don't need all that much (about .8 g per kg so about 40g for 105 lbs, up it to about 60 g to account for the fact you're still growing- activity level may necessitate a little higher).
Yahoo Answers is a great place for opinions but everyone has one- and most of the people giving them are going to be sorely lacking in nutritional education. Even my level of knowledge is limited and I've taken classes on the subject- my suggestion is if you're truly concerned about your intake then seeing a nutritionist is the best way to go. They can help create a diet schedule that fits your tastes and your developmental needs.
Oh yeah- last bit of advice- 6 small meals or a couple small snacks inbetween are good. Keeps the metabolism going! Less frequent eating slows your metabolism.
Hope this was helpful.

The amount you ate was fine, and with your height and weight being extremely healthy, you have nothing to worry about. You and your body seem to agree on how much food you need!
You may have had a bit too much refined carbs from the bagels, perhaps you could replace one of them with a slice of whole wheat toast or a whole wheat bagel? Also, try substituting one serving of veggies for one of your fruit servings.
An afternoon snack is helpful to a lot of people, as it keeps your metabolism going and burning calories, plus supplying you with energy.
Maybe you could eat one of your boxes of fruit for a snack at 2-4 PM.
Good job!

Well first of all, you are at normal weight for somebody that is 5'4. Cut down on the bagels though. You can't just eat carbs, it's DEFFF not healthy. Why in heavens name would you eat that many bagels in the first place? hah. I'm just playin with ya, though bagels are very fatening if thats what you're getting at. Don't worry about eating too much; instead worry if you're eating the right foods to fill you up. Stay with the fruit intake. Fruits good for ya =]

Bagels are very high in calories, especially the bakery kind. At your age and if you are active (and you should be), you should have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains (not just whole wheat) and protein. Drop the white flour and cut back the sugar. If you aren't overweight, you need between 1200 and 1500 calories per day, depending on your size; possibly more if you're active.

Nah. You're in the perfect weight range for your height. All the stuff you ate was healthy, so it's not too much at all.

I would say you are undernourished.
You haven't had enough protein for one.
