Well, I highly doubt you can do like 100 pushups and 1000 crunches in a row. It's that your at the age where you grow. People in my school who are like 14, they are tall and skinny, but they're incredibly strong, but soon it'll becom muscle. Just continue what you do. You don;t need a workout plan/

to gain muscle you have to eat more calories than you use. i tried to do the same thing in the begining of summer but i couldnt stay commited so i didnt gain that much muscle. i just did 100 crunches 40 pushups and did 40 reps of 100 3 times a week. after doing that for about a month i was in alot better shape. but it didnt look like i gained that much muscle.
if you work out long enough you will see results.

You are not doing push ups right if you are doing 100 without stopping. I can maybe believe 70. Gaining muscle at your age is almost impossible. Your metabolism is burning to fast. With a fast metabolism you can burn fat but its hard to gain Try just concentrating on skills. If you are in sports you can improve your agility and skills and see a huge gain. Other than that stick to your workout. Its perfect. Pushups and dips are great to get thicker. Just look at U.S. male Gymnists. They are all thick. Still you will see your body change around 17, so sorry. Just get better skills to impress the ladies.

i can do 100 push ups in a row and 1000 sit ups

now i lift 5 times per week, but when i started i just did 500 push ups per day and about the same amount of sit ups... take some whey protein.. that should help as well
