and how can i make my fore arms thinner also

pushups and maybe a little bit of free weights

What i would advise you to do is a lot of jogging. this will make a few body parts thinner. There is no such thing as losing weight in one spot.

I found personally when I broke my leg in four places, and had to stagger around on crutches it did it for me ! That and going up and down stairs on ones bottom, using ones arms to get up and down then!

Its amazing how quick your upper body improves, and your arms firm and tone up.

Wouldn't reccomend it though !
