DANCE!!!! No joke! High energy, fast tempo. Great for "Cardio" work-out. Exercise to Rock & Roll. Drink about 8, 8ounce glasses of water( spread out over the day). Yes, you'll "pee" a lot. THAT is how your body eliminates the "bad" stuff, by flushing it out. And that "stuff" has weight too.
Good luck!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

First off, unless you are 10 you don't need to lose weight. Go running if you want to keep in shape- crunches beyond about 30 are pointless. Can you ask your dad for $10-20 a week to buy some groceries you want to have in the house? Then you can get some fruits and veggies to keep your body in decent shape.

When you work out, you build muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. So unless you are losing more fat than gaining in muscle you will not lose any weight. But personally weight as a number value is almost useless. What i would do is take a good look in the mirror and set goals to change the tone of your muscles and the look of your body. Plus you do not need formal weights to work out push-ups, and sit-ups do wonders. Plus you can lift a chair or squat then stand back up. Using the weight of your body to work your muscles is probably the most effective, however not the most fun way to get some long-lasting results. but you will need to keep your new habits if you want to keep the change in your body.

You weigh about the same as me and I have the same problem. I tried losing weight by excercising, but it was hard because I didnt have much fat to turn into muscle. So when you already weigh so little you have to work harder to get muscle. So I read that certain stretches can really help you to not only get muscle but lengthen your torso making it skinnier.
The only one that I can remember is the one that worked the best for me and I still do it!
You lay flat on your stomache making sure your hips are firm against the floor. Then you push your torso up off the floor like a girly push-up with out using your knees...so your hips should still stay firm on the floor. Then you wait until it feels really tight! When its tight you count to 10 then slowly bring yourself back down...repeat this as many times as you want before bed.

Instead of doing crunches, i think you should go run or do some other type of aerobic exercise. Also, just because your brother an dad buy junk doesn't mean you have to eat it! Go with them when they go shopping and grab some fruits/veggies/lean meat/and whole grains~It's more about staying healthy than losing weight!
Good luck!

You need to do some cardio exercise to lose weight all around (exercise that gets your heart rate going.) So you need to jog or dance or do something that gets your whole body moving. If you can't leave your house, you could do aerobics or dancing... anything that will get your heart rate up and involve large muscle groups. Also, you can lift weights (made of simple things you find around the house, like water bottles filled with water) to tone your arms... and do toning exercises for your legs and other parts of your body. Only doing crunches isn't going to get you very far.
