what have help you out their to lose a large amount of weight a one time plz help me!!!!!

Discipline!! Eat a low fat diet (heart healthy), keep fried foods to a minimum. Exercise regularly and VIGOROUSLY, and eat plenty of LEAN protein, complex carbs (whole grain breads, something like Muesli cereal [not the crap with a bunch of overly processed flakes, but with whole oats], oatmeal, etc.), get your' fruits and veggies in too. Get 8 hours of sound sleep a night so you can recover properly from the exercise that you do. Also-read books about fitness and nutrition, and should you decide to join a gym, don't be bashful about picking the brains of the staff-that's what they're there for. All this will require you to adopt a lifestyle change, but you can do it!

You can do it but you will need to follow a very strict nutrition and exercise program. There really aren't any shortcuts to losing large amounts of weight.

if you lose 11 pounds a month for 7 months, that will that 77 pounds off in exactly 7 months.
