Sounds like a good diet to me. Kinda based on the raw food diet, isn't it? Gillian Mckeith of that "You Are What You Eat" book recommends lemon water for breakfast too. Your third snack doesn't sound bad at all, if you were thinking (with the dots) that you ate too much. You can never have too much fruit/vegetables in my opinion. I like that you threw in some tuna in there for protein too. Great stuff. Is it working for you? You could always try some berry juice/mango juice too. Those are really healthy and convenient to drink.

sweet...but can you live that way for a long time? I think I'd go crazy with that diet. Check out one that lets you eat more "normally". My mom and I have both done Suzanne Sommers before and it's worked. You can have a lot of different foods, it's about combining certains types/categories of food that makes the difference. It's not like you're eating anything really unhealthy, you just may get sick of all the soy and PB after a while. When you work out, try and do something early in the morning to kick start your metabolism for the rest of the day. Also try and eat your high carbs and fat earlier so you have the whole day to work it off.

Figure out what your desired weight is and add a zero to the end. That is about the number of calories u should eat daily. Then journal your calories to make sure you eat enough. The body sometimes won't lose weight if you eat too little. Eat at least 2 servings of lean protein daily, 5-9 fruits and vegetables, and also whole grains, cereal for example, plus your soy milk.

hmmm not a lot of protein there girl, and no good carbs except for the fruit... need to add some more lean protein and whole grains like oatmeal, whole wheat and brown rice. you should drink more water, too. Does the soymilk have sugar in it? you aren't really eating much at all. depending on your height and weight you need to determine how many calories you can eat. I think you need to eat a little bit more.
exercise looks good though.

Very un healthy, you see... carbohydrates are what make you fat not fat, so really you need to eat some good meat (turkey bacon, beef, soy milk) yes the soy milk is a good thing, so really eat more meat and you will be ok!

Wow, impressive! I'm so surprised that you are able to stick with this diet! Good for you! I would probably suggest a little more protein in your diet though since you are exercising, or possibly a multi-vitamin.

eat more vegetables...fruit is high in sugar compared to veg therefore more carbs. don't forget lots of water and perhaps a bit more protein and complex carbs...whole grain and fibre. try to cut out peanut butter aswell... i lost like 70 lbs on a herbal magic program and i wasn't allowed to eat it lol. = (

Seems ok,but you must make it a daily routine, not a hit & miss affair to see real long term results. Good Luck,
