I am 5'9 and I weight 25 lbs less than her - 135 lbs. I'm seriously battling with insecurities about the way I look. I feel so fat and huge!!!!!!!What do you all think? Guys and girls and be honest!

Thigh fat, belly fat, etc.

Is it possible to actually shed it off with exercise? Because I heard that it is only water weight that you burn and muscle you gain when you exercise. How can I get rid of body fat?

My friends and i have babies and would like to find a track where we can go jogging (with our strollers). I dont know where to start? i dont think we can just go onto any high school or college track and start walking with our kids! any ideas? can i call somewhere locally that may know of anywhere?

I have a regular desk job (behind a computer all day...grr) and I need some ideas for what I should eat at work (I typically don't take a lunch break). I now only bring a few packets of instant oat meal every day which I eat for lunch, a couple peices of fruit, and I have a box of tea bags at my desk which I just put in my watter bottle.

I ran my metabolism up so high that I'm always starving when I get home and always eat terrible stuff.

What are some snack ideas for the office (I have a fridge avaliable for me)? What do you take to work?

Im just curious to what motivates people to get up and exercise. I try and beg my friends to join me for my run and exercise but they say no and claim they have no motivation!! Is that true, people who dont work out have no motivation or is that just another way of saying "im lazy?" Well what motivates me is fitting into smaller pants, getting compliment, and the fact that exercising just makes me feel better about myself and everything. I have more energy..So Im asking what motivates you?

anyone hav any suggestions to getting thinner. the thing i, its not like im fat or anything, im 52 kilos and im 170 cm (im a teen), so im pretty normal all i want is som tips on how to kill one or 2 kilos, that last layer of fat, you know?
i dont want any of those go on a diet where you eat nothing and if you feel like you're going to faint eat a piece of bread. all i want are some simple tips that dont take much but can help a lot...
any suggestions??

For about the past month I feel rather nauseous after I really sweet foods or a lot of (processed not fruit or natural) sugar. Anyone have this as well?

Not preg FOR SURE. Healthy otherwise...well maybe a tiny bit overweight but nothing a dr has ever told me to lose, I'm 30.

i know that not eating and all that stuff is not good for you or whatever but i dont need you to tell me that. instead of just not eating, what would be a way to lose a lot of weight quickly? i heard just eating yogurt for breakfast lunch and dinner but i dunno if i can believe this?

A month ago I was in great shape, running every day and lifting as well. My roommate got me really sick and it seems like I've been sick for over a month. I haven't worked out for a month and thanksgiving hit me espically hard. Last week I started going to the gym again but I def. don't feel any better, and I think I'm gettin another cold because it was worse today.

my q is should I be going to the gym, or sitting at home getting fat and losing all my muscle mass and trying to heal?

my cousin is 17 yrs old and 5'1, i saw her one time and she mentioned she weighed 98lbs, i saw her about two months later she said she weighed 87 lbs, i saw her recently and she weighs 82 lbs. do you think she has a problem? when im with her she usually eats a good amount of food..she has been small her whole life,but now she is making me worried. what should i do?

Like my whole live, everyone has always been stronger than me, i've always struggled to do pushups, etc. I now know some people are just naturally stronger, but is it possable that I won't gain much muscle mass since I wasn't blessed with gaining muscle genetics? :(

Im 18. 5'6 and 115
my friends are always critizing me for practicing a diet that consists of a daily intake of between 500 an 1000 calories a day.
is there really anything wrong with this?
i dont work out, but my job does have me on my feet for 6 to 8 hrs a day moving around.
is this really unhealthy.
or are they just confused?

OK, I have been doing 30 minutes a day(2 miles) everyday on treadmill with it on an incline. Ever since I inclined it i noticed my butt and thighs were always bloated. So I have not used it on incline for a few days and bloat is gone. Butt and thighs are very tight. Why does having treadmill on incline cause bloat? I thought being on incline would make them tighter?
