probably quite a while,
your abs cannot do 1000 effective crunches in one sitting, if you spread them out through the day that would be ok. Make sure your crunches are effective, if it doesn't hurt after 10-20 of them you aren't doing them right. Get your shoulder blades off the ground and lift your chest towards the ceiling.
I think that body depends more on genetics than anything, and you will def. need another ab exercise to get there. Crunches only work the top half of your abs, leglifts will work the bottom ones so you will def. have to do those as well.

I would say on that training plan you will be there in just under a year if you stick to it and diet.

Doubling the run to 30min. will almost cut that in half (your body starts burning fat after 20min. of exertion)

crunches alone are not an effective way of exercising. I suggest you try pilates & some free weights along with a good aerobics work out a few times a week.

Try a pilates class. It works all of the ab (core) muscles and with that, running, and a good diet, you'll get there faster! Good luck!

a 1000 a day isn't effective if your doing them wrong. so make sure your doing them properly and try different positions so you work different ab muscles.
