I need more energy to work out more. I need to get fit. I weigh 128 and I'm 5"4. I'm mostly muscle, and very little fat. But I think I'm fat and I want to loose weight.

you kinda just have to suck it up and do it. I work two jobs and school, it sucks going to the gym after a twelve hour workday and knowing I have another two hours of hw at home, but I make myslef go. Even if your tired and out of energy the workout can still do you some good.

try:
eating more
changing your diet
going with a friend (I know it's hard to find someone who is at the same level as you and wants the same thing)
going at different times of the day
go more often for shorter periods of time.
