If you did it you would be in such a bad state physically and mentally that the last thing you would care about is being thin. Or if it was then you would be severely anorexic and have body dysmorphic syndrome. You don't want that!!

not on that diet. you will lose a lot of water weight the first 2 weeks then weight loss will slow to a crawl or halt altogether. that diet doesn't provide enough calories or nutrients for fat loss. the body will definetly go into starvation mode an hold onto fat stores even tighter

maybe, but its not healthy, and you'd probably get sick for malnourishing yourself. its not healthy. no matter how much you lose and how good you feel, if you go back to your normal eating after that, you'll gain all of it back. its better to reduce your calories effectively and exercise and lose the weight in a healthy way, and just keep up a good lifestyle to lose the weight and keep it off.
