There are many ways you can go about this. In order to get a grip on your appetite, you may want to try fasting. Most people think that fasting means not drinking any water, this is not so. Also they think that fasting means not eating anything at all. This also is not so. You can do different types of fasts. I suggest you have a small breakfast that should be something like 2 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, and some juice. (I would steer clear of bacon, unless it's turkey.) Then don't eat anything until that evening. Throughout the day you can drink either water or juice, no pop or milk. I would also suggest that you eat 12 hours apart so if you have breakfast at 6:30, then you can eat dinner at 6:30 pm. As the days progress you will find that you are not as hungry as you first thought and that would be a way for you to control your appetite. I would do this for 2 weeks.
If this doesn't sound like something you can do, then go the 6 small meals a day route. Where you have eaten all day, but only have a small portion.
You may also want to try the Fat Smashers Diet by Dr. Ian that is a good program.
Or you could talk to your parents and have them make you an appointment with a nutritionist.
No matter what you do, please remember that you need to find an exercise routine. That is key to loosing weight.
Remember to stay away from too much cheese and cut pop out completely. Drink of plenty of water, and make sure you have regular bowel movements (i.e.: you should have one after every meal) don’t weigh yourself everyday, maybe once a week, and don't let the scale determine how you feel about yourself. Keep a positive attitude and I know you will be able to do it. Good Luck!

You are at a great age to lose weight. Do it now before while your skin can still spring back into shape. Cut out all soda pop, candy, cookies and sweets. Eat lean protein (chicken, fish, lean beef), and lots of veggies and fruits. Be sure to drink plenty of water. Get at least an hour of vigorous exercise every day. You should lose 1-2 pounds a week, probably more at first. 1-2 pounds a week doesn't sound like a lot but at this time next year you could be down 50-100 pounds or more.
I lost 60 pounds last year doing that. I couldn't afford to join a gym but I already had a bicycle I didn't ride so I started riding a little at first then more each day and it took me 8 months to lose the weight. I am so much happier now. Now that it is cold outside and I can't ride, I walk an hour a day (about 3 miles).
Stick with it and don't give up. I wish you good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I'm glad you're lookin for help. That's a plus right there =) Whatever you do, don't starve yourself. I'd suggest reducing some sugar, no more cokes, maybe 1 each week if you feel you must. When you feel snacky, drink water. Water helps alot with gettin that hungry feelin away.
Make sure you don't deprive yourself, cuz then one day you'll want it so bad you might give in and give in bad. For example don't say "I'm never eatin another piece of candy in my life" cuz eventually, your body will splurge. Be moderate with junk food eatin. You'll find tho, the more you eat healthier the more you start likin those foods. Not at first but it happens. Watch your bread intake. That really can pack alot.
Try to exercise at least 20-30 min everyday. Using weights helps alot! Work with 5 lbs, it's not to much but it adds resistance. You don't have to do a huge massive change in life to loose weight. Just adjust lil things, and eventually it will make a new habit for you.
Above all...Believe in yourself & keep a positive mindset. You must have faith that you will overcome this. This is an area in your life that is a lil out of control, so regain that control. Get your health back cuz you deserve it =)

I dropped about 45 pounds with the Dukan Diet from Europe- I was never hungry and it didn't seem like I had to give up everything. It takes some planning and commitment but I was sick of being overweight and have kept the weight off longer than any other eating plan. Now I can eat what I want six days of the week if I have one all-protein day per week. The diet is all over the internet. Good luck.

SLOWLY.
If you try to lose it fast, you'll just gain it all, and MORE back within two years.
So, learn the basic principles: Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, and complex carbohydrates, such as whole grains.
Take the fatty things you now eat, and pick one, and cut down on it.
Aim to lose 4 pounds a month. That's a good speed to lose weight.
Move around more. This will do you a LOT of good. Pick things you like to do, such as walking.
Swimming is the best exercise.
Dance around the house a few times a week.
It burns calories, and tones you up.
Always drink a lot of water and other healthful fluids. Cut back on sodas.
Take it slow. Don't EVER go on crash diets or starve yourself.
Just eat a lot of good food, and not very much junk like chips, ice cream, pizza, and other fatty foods.
Pretzels are a good snack, as are things like carrots and celery, and apples and oranges. They don't have fat, and you can eat a lot without gaining weight.

Sweetheart:
I am so sorry you have been allowed to eat so incorrectly for so long. There is a website called Diet.com, go on that site
and pick out an eating program that you like and think you can stick with. You need to eliminate sugar and chips and especially soda. You can eat fruit instead of candy. Fat is your enemy so cut that to a minimum.
Most of all, find some activity that you like and do it every day. Running, walking, swimming, jumping on a trampoline or lifting weights--just anything physical. Don't eat your meals in front of television and don't watch TV or play games more than one hour a day.

you don't need a diet, you need a lifestyle change, seeing as you have a lot of weight to lose. do 1 hours cardio 5 times a week and try to walk places. eat the reccommended 1500 - 2000 calorie diet, this is to maintain a healthy weight, so you should get to a healthy weight on this diet, make sure you eat a balanced diet and healthy foods only, you must eat a lot of junk to be so heavy, you'll be suprised how much healthy food you can eat for 1500 calories, you will not be without food or hungry

you should go swimming as it burns the most fat or does the most good for you. try just swimming lengths up and down, it doesnt matter how fast, but, in time it will help. also, cut down on the junk food you eat. do you eat to much fatty foods? do you eat little or no fruit & veg? read labels telling you how much fat and calories are in things, try and stick to your guidline daily ammounts - if your a boy your supposed to have around 2500 calories a day or less & a girl 2000 calories a day or less. if you eat over that then you're bound to put weight on. make a food plan for the week so you eat around your guidline daily ammount! so basically eat healthy & exercise! :) but you've got to stick to it, it wont happen immediatley as 100lbs is a lot... you have to be patient & then you & others will notice the difference! :) good luck
