It could be that you are a diabetic. Have A1C done to see if this is the case. Hopefully you are not, but it would explain the nausea.

There is evidence to show that a high consumption of processed sugar will increase the acidity in your body, and some peoples reaction to this acidity is nausea. You may have got away with it for years but now your body is protesting.

what sugar does is it raises your blood sugar then after 30 mins or so it drops way down and thats why you feel sick just try not to eat processes sugar and limit sugar intake and you should be fine

How long after? When sugar burns up too quickly that may cause pain. It is pretty normal to upset you stomach with too much sugar

Are you eating it on an empty stomach? Sometimes large amounts of sugar can irritate your stomach if you haven't had anything else before it.
