I decided I'm gonna skip rope for 30 mins and go on this exercising machine also for 30 minutes,should I do this everyday?..or just three days? to lose weigh? And will I be ABLE to lose weight by using this exercises? I did the exercise machine for three months,everyday except when it was the time of the month I stop,i did it for three months but didnt lost any weigh..was it my eating habits? because I only exercise..I didn't cut down on any junk food or anything..So any recommended healthy eating habits? and how to RESIST junk food? And what should I eat? while doing this exercise? And how tips on how to keep me persistent and determinded? becuz when I don't see results I get discourage..

im trying to drop some body fat off and get a lean muscular body. lately ive been eating protein and veggies. i get hungry really easily and nothing seems to fill me up. i ate a bowl of cocoa pebbles and that helped. how can i eat healthy? i dont want to be starving al the time.

I've recently adapted a healthier lifestyle and I'm still not perfect and still have my weak moment but I've started to become more active. I will call her to ask her if she wants to go to the gym, go for a walk outside, come over to my place to follow a yoga video and her response is always the same, "No." I'm getting sick and tired of her complaining about being fat yet she does nothing about it. I've tried to suggest things for different comfort levels but she still says, "I've just rented a movie and I want to watch it." Yeah because 40 min not on the couch is going to kill you. Like I said, I'm still getting the hang of this healthy lifestyle thing and I thought it would be nice for us to work out together because she complains all the time. Is there anything I can say to her? Even though I say she complains a lot, I still love her and want what's best for her. I'm just getting sick of her complaining that she's fat and not doing anything about it.

im still a young teenager, and am pretty active and fit.
yet in the afternoons after school i start eating and i just can't stop. I know this sounds like i have no self-control but while im eating (usually unhealthy foods) i tell myself to stop over and over. This has been going on for about 9 months, and if it means anything, it started around the time my mum went back to full-time work and shes always been around. Also my brother and i fight all the time in the afternoon and i really hate it at home:(

could anyone give me some insight into why im doing this, and how to stop? if not i fear of developing longterm health problems like diabetes for when im older.

how many hours of sleep do you get

do you eat a healthy or non healthy snack when you watch tv or not at all

how much tv dso you think people shoul watch a day

what do you think about it



and conclude what ever yuo want about the subject about people watching too much tv(you dont have to though)

Since the start of the holidays (about 3 weeks ago) I've made a real effort to eat a lot healthier and to avoid junk food. I've done really well and I've only really been eating fruit, veges and lean meat or chicken and drinking water.

I've lost 6kgs since =]

I have a BMI of 22.1 so I can afford to lose a bit of weight.

But I know feel a bit guilty to eat (because I don't want to ruin my good work). Yesterday and I had 2 salad sandwiches, some fruit salad and a bit of meat (Mum's really worried about my iron levels).

Is this enough? Should I be eating more?

I've had one sandwich today and it's 5pm, I'm a bit hungry but i'm fine.

Just wanted to throw this out there with all the Negativity about his book. I personally know 2 people who went on this diet.

One lost 35 pounds in 30 days, the other lost 28 pounds. They obtained the HcG shots from the number listed in his book, Which the shot is legal in the U.S you just have to have a subscription.

On the diet beyond the first couple of days they did not feel hunger and were able to cleanse their system.

His other books may have been a scam ( I havent read the others) but I have now talked to others that have tried it and they said they same thing they lost about 1 pound per day.

breakfast:
-medium banana
-whole kiwi fruit
-water

lunch:
-medium banana
-half cup of grapes
-water

snack:
-coffee w/ half&half and 2 splendas

dinner:
-small bowl of rice
-beet and carrot soup
-1 slice of thin grilled pork
-water
-chocolate chex cereal w/ reduced fat milk

how many calories was all this?

I just went from around 290 pounds down to about 235 and now i cant seem to lose anymore weight. My training and diet have pretty much stayed the same as when i was losing the weight. Has anyone had any similar problems? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just broke my foot friday night and now my foot is in a cast. I'm normally a pretty active person, such as i run and work out regularly. But now the doctor says stay off the foot as much as possible but is there anything i can do with a broken foot to keep me fit and active?
