Have you tried exercise? I find I'm tired more when I do less. Also, certain foods help you have more energy. Do you get enough protein? Enough green vegetables?
Somehow, I can't help but think it might be a whole lifestyle thing. Maybe you need to read about health and nutrition and really make some serious changes for the sake of your health.

I am a big believer in running. When you give in to beeing tired and not do anything it is only natural to be tired all the time. Try to go for a run or walk at least twice a week. Try to go slow but long. Ideally you want to go longer than 45 but start out with a duration that is comfortable to you but still challenges your fitness and work your way up. It will take some time for your body to respond but soon you will notice your energy levels going up, and your weight going down.

You can only do that if you are perfectly healthy and have no medical conditions or injuries. If you do talk to a doctor about it.

Shots and all that stuff might work short term but it is no solution.

I have the same problem as you !!! But the truth is you have to have a healthy diet and you MUST exercise. Once you start to exercise regularly you will see your energy come back.

Remember there is no magic pill or procedure, you are going to have to do it the old fashion way, try to aim for 1-2 lbs a week. Before you know it you will look the way you want. :)

Good Luck !!!

Possibly insufficient protein, and/or too many "bad" carbs (pasta, bread, cereal, junk food, etc).

Buy the book "A Week In the Zone" by Dr. Barry Sears.

And get a personal trainer, lift weights.
