diverse every person is diverse, and nutritionists are commencing as much as grasp that no longer all energy are equivalent. the theory is that approximately 3,500 energy are reminiscent of a few pound of weight (or 0.5 a kilogram). so which you should lose a pound of weight in a week, you should cut back what you consume by using 3,500 energy (which could be approximately 500 in keeping with day) OR do 3,500 energy properly worth of better exercising, or a blend of the two. in spite of the undeniable fact that... that's no longer fairly that easy, considering the fact that exercising could make you exchange fats to muscle, which might honestly improve your weight (even with the indisputable fact which you would be extra fit). and you will't only decrease out 500 energy randomly on a daily basis: you should concentration on getting the main suitable high quality nutrition you may, with optimum meals, and scaling down on risky ingredients and non-meals (eg sugar, white flour products, etc). circumvent man made sweeteners too, as they mess with your metabolism, and attempt to drink only water. For some human beings, reducing innovations-blowing down on starchy carbs can help with weight-loss. For others, switching from dairy products to nut milks could make a extensive distinction. For some exercising ought to be blended with eating much less... there are various variations. the main severe ingredient is to envision healthful existence-variety options which you would be able to follow even if you have lost the burden you elect to.

Depends on many factors:
The source of Calories
Your activity level
Your current weight and Body Mass Index (BMI)
There are more things to consider with weight loss such as overall health, any increased risk of heart disease or diabetes.
I would check out MyPyramid in google or speak to a registered dietician before taking on any major change in diet. At the very least, speak to your doctor.

you can loose weight if you exercise a lot, 3000 calories a day is a lot. You should consume 1500 a day plus exercise in order to make it easier to loose weight.

No. Most people do not need 3000 calories a day. If you are an athlete or someone extremely active, maybe. For most of us average people, no.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

it depends on your metabolism.. some people will gain weight while others may lose.
i have a friend with an overactive metabolism and she eats like 3500cals per day just to maintain.

Test it out.. see how the plan works out :)

it depends on how active you are, how much muscle mass your have and your genetics. if you have a naturally high metabolism you may be able to lose weight on 3k cals.

one of my ex gf's was about 5'0 and 100 lbs she consumed 3k cals daily and had a 6-pack and only worked out on the weekends.
