I just broke my foot friday night and now my foot is in a cast. I'm normally a pretty active person, such as i run and work out regularly. But now the doctor says stay off the foot as much as possible but is there anything i can do with a broken foot to keep me fit and active?

One legged workouts.

You can do upper body stuff.

You can work the other leg.

But you can't swim or run or cycle.
