i actually have an hour and a half for lunch and still take my lunch to work with me. the reason being that i save alot of money and i eat better when i take my lunch. that helps me stay away from fastfood and restaurant food.

when I worked in the corporate world I would always bring my lunch when I didn't live close enough to the lab to drive home and eat.

I'll bring food from home, but I take it outside to eat. Its always a good idea to step away from work for a few minutes.

lately i've only been eating a sandwich for lunch. i don't like eating in restaurants because for one i love to pig out! and i also hate eating off of dishes that strangers just ate off of. i know they clean them, but still no
