i watch tv 11 hours
i get 2 hours of excersize a day (1 hour in morning,1 hour in the afternoon)
i get 5 hours of sleep..sometimes 7
i get a healthy snack when i watch tv
i think people should watch at least 3 hours of tv idk lol,and then turn it off and get outside =P

I watch probably 2 hours of tv a day
I exercise around 45 mins a day
I get around 8 hours of sleep a night
I normally reach for a non healthy snack when watching tv... or I just don't snack... rarely will I reach for apples or oranges unfortunately.
I think people should keep their time to 2 hours or less a day of tv.... Its a good way to unwind at the end of a long day, but too much is too much for anyone.
I think between internet and tv there is a lot of time that could be spent doing other activities that would promote a healthier lifestyle but unfortunately this isnt how us americans live. I kind of was in "another world" for a month... I went to WA and worked on a farm. We had limited tv time (1 hr a week)... we got 9 hours of sleep a night, did daily chores and work around the farm and ate everything that we grew in the garden or butchered from our own livestock. We didnt talk on the phone much (maybe 20 mins a week) and we NEVER used the internet. I never felt healthier in my life and I slimmed down a ton and felt really good about myself. But the fact is there's no way I can live that same lifestyle at home...
those are my thoughts :)

1) I watch about an hour of tv each day - depends which day though - some days I dont really watch it at all, just have background noise while I'm doing other stuff
2) I get heaps of exercise - I workout for 100 mins at least, and then I do heaps of walking on top of that...probably at least an hour of brisk walking a day, and then some slower stuff like walking the dog etc
3) Probably about 7 or 8 hours sleep a night, sometimes less though
4) I try to eat healthy the majority of the time, but occassionally when watching chick clicks or reality tv with my mum and friends (on like a chicks night in or something) we'll eat some chockie (or i'll make muffins - they're all healthy tho except for the dark choc chips lol). Actually it's really sad - the other night we were watching the biggest loser (all working so hard at their diet and exercise) and we were eating maltesers - argh!!!!!
5) I think it's entirely up to individuals how much tv they watch and what they get out of it - for some people it's a great way to unwind - for others it's a time waster and they could be having so much more fun doing other stuff.

Well, I watch an hour or so of television but not everyday. One hour or so 2 times a week and maybe 10-30 minutes here and there. I would have to say 4-6 hours of sleep. I sometimes will eat a non healthy snack and sometimes nothing at all. I think that people should watch maybe two hours of television at the most on the weekdays more on the weekends. I think people should record their shows so they can watch it at other times. Especcially if they want to watch a show during work or during late hours to record it for later watching.

tv...matters which day...actually i just keep the tv running because i live alone and it is nice to have sound in the background. i know it is bad, but i keep a bunch of lights off. so i'm gonna say 1-2 hours
exercise: 30-90 (some days i have exercise classes)
7 hours of sleep
no i don't eat nonhealthy when watching tv, i don't eat while watching tv. i eat while on the computer.
1 hours sounds about right
i think tv is great, but getting too trashy

T.V - an hour or two
Exercise - half an hour usually
Hours of sleep - 9 1/2 hours
I don't really eat when I watch t.v
I think maybe an hour or two of t.v a day at the most.. people should be more active.

I think 3-4hrs is good
I really don't care how much tv anyone watch a day as long as they aren't living with me esp. if they were jobless
I don't think t.v is a big issue anymore now that everyone has a comp. but it is an issue for the little, little kids. t.v is not the same anymore, cartoons are as violent as an action packed death movie.

I try to eat healthy snacks.....either nuts, seeds, a cereal bar or fruit...occasionally a couple of squares of dark chocolate.
I think it's other people's business how much tv they choose to watch.
