You can do isometrics with towels, ropes or elastic bands.
You can also do pullups, with your hands facing you.

Pull ups, grip a bar with your palms facing you. Curls can be done w/o equipment - just pick up a heavy bar or a 5 gallon bucket of water....get inventive

You can try using big hard bound books or a bucket/pail filled with water for doing your bicep curls.
