i want to train my abs, because right now i'm a bit "blubby" in my tummy. what's the best way to do this? i don't want my breasts to get smaller, and someone said i should just do sit-ups, but i'm afraid that this will make my breasts smaller...?
advice, anyone?

ive been using laxatives for about a year, ive tryed everything to heaps of fibre, excersise, heaps of water. if i just take normal fibre it doesnt help me i need to use sumthin that will work and that is not going to affect me in the long run. any sujestions??

so far Ive had a bad diet mostly eating burgers and fat stuff. Im usually always tired now even though Im starting to get around 9-10 hours of sleep (even though some could be from depression but I dont think I'm that depressed)

so what kinds of foods do I need to eat to stay more active and not get so sleepy

my boyfriend is on a diet. he isn't supposed to drink anything but water. but, he told me that it's okay to drink sugar...such as coca cola. i told him no because sugar turns into fat. i then asked him if he'd like some cheese instead and he said no because it's too fatning. i then said...sugar from the coca cola turns into fat alot faster then dairy products such as cheese would. it does depend on the amount. but a glass of coca cola would turn into fat alot faster then 3 pieces of cheese would correct?
is he right or am i?

over the past week or 3 i havnt been eating and i over the past few months i have been underweight (40kgs) (i am 5'7 16 girl)

recently i have been eating more.
and i have noticed my thighs have become really heavy.. like the inner thigh.
and its really flabby, almost like its FULL of water.
more flabby then usual fat.

anyway, am i just putting on weight there because i havent eaten properly (i eat now around 700-800calories a day)

will it eventually stop or even out with the rest of my body?

right now i have like thighs ...a bit of a stomach and no breasts.

please tell me i'll even out.

**i'm not excersising because i'm trying to put ON weight.. but i also dont want to because i want to get some sort of bust happening**.

Im looking to shed some pounds for summer.

I am currently 222pds im 6 foot tall and i wear a 36/30 in jeans..

I would like to drop down to about a 34/30 in jeans..

I would like a set diet with what i should eat for breakfeast, lunch and dinner. and what i should eat in bettween meals..

How many caloires should i eat and how many should i burn..

And i would like to know a good workout which is fast easy with the best results.

The fight is around 2-3 pm. I'm going to cook pasta around noon and take a multivitamin with B12, as well as drink gatorade. I will drink gatorade throughout the fight, but how much should I drink BEFORE the fight? What else will help? I need something that will prevent me from getting tired during the fight!

well i've already lost 20 pounds in 3 months by excercising but im starting to change the way i eat... i am starting to eat just a yogurt for breakfast and i eat a salad for lunch and then i eat a regular dinner.... is this a good "diet" or a "healthy" diet....

p.s. i still lift weights for an hour a day and run and play games for another hour every day....

im young

and i have a little belly flab just a lil

ill eat junk food but i normally eat relativly healthy but idk what to do


i just need like some ways to flatten my stomach just a little


its not too bad i just want to be healthier

any quick fixes?


i take karate at least 2 times a week
and i take a dance class at school so thats pretty much an hour every day


what else can i do?

I've never been on a diet before, but now I realize I need to lose a little.Not go crazy out of control, but I want to lose about 5-10 lbs. by Late Feburary...What are some good foods to eat in order to lose weight? How much should I eat? I know i'll need this along with exersize, but I'm lost in the food dept. HELP!

I understand that the rule of thumb for using a powdered whey protein is 1g per pound a day right?

well... i weigh 245lbs, and if you do the math, i simply couldnt afford to take that much a day, financially.

If i take less than that (which i obviously will have to do if i want to use this) then how much will i have to use to still recover properly from my strength training every day?

or will i just have to take the 245g's a day for it to work properly?

P.S: my goal is to lose weight in which i already changed my eating habits and do cardio, but i want to recover my muslces faster while doing strength training also.

I was 238 in January of this year. I am now 210 and have been this weight for about 3 months.

I am 5'5, how is it possible that I plateau at such a high weight? I lost the weight by eating 1000 calories a day. I am now eating around 1500 but even on days where I eat very little, I only lose 2 lbs and gain back once I eat over 1200 calories.

I exsercise regularly. I don't drink pop. I eat veggie sandwhich at subway. The only meat I eat is grilled chicken HELP!
