we cant spot reduce body fat so the only way to get rid of fat in any particular areas is by reducing body fat percentage.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi,

The bad news is that exercise and eating healthy go hand-in-hand. Exercise and healthy eating are usually a pain-in-the-booty because they take work, self control and a lot of discipline, as you know.

The good news is that it sounds like you are on the right track! To specifically get rid of belly-flab, try doing 30-50 belly crunches every-other-day. (Lay on your back and lift your knees up towards your chin while lifting your head up at the same time.) It really burns for the first few days, but you will have a tight tummy before you know it!

One quick fix that has helped my hubby and I stay healthy is to not buy and eat anything that has partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, enriched flower, sugar, and saturated fat in the ingredients. We also try to walk every day for 30 minutes (try being the operative word!). Though it takes time to read all the labels at the store, and to exercise, following this plan has completely changed our lives around - no more fat, no more feeling tired and cranky. Though, I must admit, it has been hard to hold back the sweet tooth with the holidays fast approaching!

run run run! Its the one technique to eliminate it. I went from 176 to a hundred and fifty five in a lil 12 weeks. however understand I'm approximately 185 however that from the fitness center. The pleasant deit is No whites in any respect. If its white dont consume it. Unless its meat. No fruit for two weeks. Eat handiest meat and vegis. When you begin to run get into slowly. And handiest approximately three days per week. One day Run for forty five sec. then quick stroll of ninety sec. do this for approximately a part to a whole mile. then subsequent time run for a million mile then day three do the forty five/ninety once more. it time construct up too five+ miles four to five days per week. That will do extra for than anythings else that I have obvious in the market. After approximately three weeks you are going to see a difference. Just preserve it up.
