I really want to get myself fit but I really cant afford the gym at the moment. I'm looking to shed a few pounds and tone up also. Can anyone recommend a good all round exercise I can do on a regular basis? I am quite unfit at the moment so running for 30 mins isnt really an option for me yet! (embarrassing I know) Please help!!

I am 15 years old, 5'4, 137 pounds. I have wide hips and too much fat in certain places. I also happen to have rather large breast. I need help. I want to loose at least 10 pounds before February and I know I can, but i dont know how. I exercise regularly but i dont eat healthy at all. I want to try laxatives or diet pills! With my moms permission of course. Please help.

I am on a weight loss program at the moment and I want to start having rice salad for my lunches, does anyone have any good recipes that are low in fat and sugar but still taste good? or does rice salad have too many carbs for someone who is trying to lose weight?

Also if I made the salad on a sunday and kept it in a container in the fridge, would it keep till friday as it would be easier to make it on the weekend and dish it out each day?

Okay, so i want to loose five pounds, but at the same time i don't, i just want to firm up and loose fat from my thighs. i don't know if running/jogging/walking is a good idea because i live in a creepy neighborhood and no one ever wants to walk with me anywhere and my family doesn't own a treadmill, so i need something that's fun to do, i've considered biking already but i don't have a bike. so plz someone suggest something fun.

When we started going out 2 years ago she was a healthy and good looking 120 pounds....but over time she has gained weight. I'm not sure how much she weighs but she is definitely around like 180 pounds now....she stopped working out, and she just eats whatever now. We don't live together or anything, but we've been going out for 2 years, and I love her a lot but cannot see myself marrying her....I know it sounds bad, but I take such good care of myself physically, and I eat well.....I don't understand what happened to her? I am a senior in a high school which has an "800 lb club" for combined Bench-Squat-Deadlift. Right now my numbers are 215-260-300, but I have room to improve and most of those numbers are after working out for an hour. The deadline for the maxes is three weeks from now. Is it realistic for me to add ~ 30 pounds to my maxes? What lift do you think I could improve the most on? What is a work out I can accomplish in 3 times per week for an hour that will give me the best chance to make my goal?

I need to know what a good upper-body workout is for a 16 y.o. boy who is about 5'8" and 120lbs. I need to gain upper-body strength without compromising my speed on the soccer field. I need to know what I can do to build lean muscle instead of bulky muscle. I need to gain muscle and not gain fat. Are there any suppliments I can buy to build the lean muscle? What are some of the lifts I shoud do? How many reps? How often should i go to the gym? Any special things that I can eat?

I eat them boiled and sometimes cook them in non-fat spray butter. I know they are not high in fat but can carbs in general make you fat? If your eating low cal does it matter if your eating foods that are high in carbs? And should I stop eating my potatoes?!

ok so at my highschool we have pop machines for before and after school. in these pop machines they only have diet pop and pop with substatutes such at sacrene. i myself dont feel like we should be forced to drink diet when who says its better for young adults whos minds and bodys are still developing. help me develope and arguement.
