I am a senior in a high school which has an "800 lb club" for combined Bench-Squat-Deadlift. Right now my numbers are 215-260-300, but I have room to improve and most of those numbers are after working out for an hour. The deadline for the maxes is three weeks from now. Is it realistic for me to add ~ 30 pounds to my maxes? What lift do you think I could improve the most on? What is a work out I can accomplish in 3 times per week for an hour that will give me the best chance to make my goal?

-Thanks

unfortunately that is not sufficient time to increase functional strength in those lifts. but what you can do is work on your form and learn to warm up properly before maxing out. it is just as much mental as it is physical.

You squat should be a much higher if you are benching 215. It looks like the squat is your big area of opportunity. I would not be surprised if you were able to make huge improvements in your squat during the next three weeks.
