Im currently eating around 200-400 calories a day. Im desperate to loose weight. I weigh 141 and im 5ft8". Will this work?
Ive been doing it for around 2 weeks now and it feels like ive lost weigh but i can't see it,i still look fat. Help me?

My Boyfriend made me a Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich last night and now I can't get it out of my head! It was SO YUMMY!! I am on a MAJOR Health Kick and need to stick to my low Cal diet to loose my last 15lbs I need to become "healthy"

Look Im an Accountant and the majority of my work means im chain to my desk with an occassional trip to the printer or copy machine daily.. other than that.. im sitting for 8 hr.. and the work just keep comin deadline after deadline.. man I be so stiff when I stand .. but anyway I am going back to the gym.. cause all this sitting is crazy.. and besides that.. Why do folks go out to lunch like there starving.. we are not doin nothing but sitting.. theres no energy being used in my opinion.. but everyone wants to get all happy for LUNCH!!! I think its crazy and have not ate lunch in 2 months because of this thought process im going through. Whos with me?

When buying whey protein what ingredient should I look for to ensure that I won’t bulk up? I’m working out and aiming to tone and lean my muscles. I just need to ake sure that I’m not taking the wrong type of protein when feeding my muscles. Does anyone know?

cardio w/ barbells sometimes:

20 min. 5 days per week

strength training: 2 days a week

2 sets, 25 reps crunches with a twist

2 sets, 25 reps reverse crunches

2 sets, 10 reps modified pushups

i done my bmi online and im 6stone i'm 20years old and 5ft 4inchs my bmi worked out to be 13 i just can't gain weight am i at risk of becoming seriously poorly.

i currently weigh 130. sometimes in the mornings, i weigh like 129. at the beginning of the year i weighed 134. i try to consume over 1000 calories a day and then i work out, but i cant seem to gain any weight. whats my problem?

I have been working out 4 days a week for about 4 weeks now!
The cellulite on the back of my thighs (right under my rear) does NOT seem to be fading!
How long will it take to rid of it??

I'm 19 married 5' 1'' and weigh 148. I work 40 hrs a week. Where i live I can not walk around the neighborhood, and there is no gym close by (about a 30 min drive and 100.00 a month). I have no children and would like to loose 28lbs. I really have no set date that I need to loose them by, just before I have children or the summer. I usually eat 3 meals a day with NO junk food. (breakfast sand & water, Lunch sand. with water & usually a meal at supper) The past 2 mornings I skipped breakfast and drank a red bull 110 cal. so i will not be hungry before 1pm. Is it ok to let my stomach make hunger noise in the morning and late a night. I don't like to eat too late.? Does any one have any pointers to loose a few extra pound (cheap)?

or is that only people who are diabetic? i am wondering because i am on the atkins diet(3 days now) and I feel good, I already have no more sugar cravings and am always full until my next meal, I am not eating really fatty, greasy foods, mainly chicken, fish, eggs, spinach and other foods as well, but I was just wondering about being in ketosis, I can tell I am in ketosis by the taste is the back of my mouth, thanks for the help!

I am pretty big! I way 200 and I am 5'7 I never noticed how big i was getting untill i couldnt fitinany of my old clothes anymore.
I used to be a size 8 now im a size 16! any suggestions. As far as excersize I can do some over the weekend not muchmoney to go to a gym. i work 14 hr days so soon as i get home im very tired. any help would be fine. ever since i took the desk job ive been sitting on my but and less active :( ive also eatened junk food. im 24 thanks
