I have recently lost 48lbs at weight watchers in just over 5 months.

I followed the core plan. On the core plan Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Tikka, or Chicken shashlik as they come without a sauce and has no points value. Also a tomato-based dish with vegetables like a rogan josh is also a healthier option.

But on the points plan Tandoori Chicken half has 6 points and Chicken Tikka has 8 points. Plain basmati rice is 6 points. Vegetable Curry is 10 points. Poppadom is 2 points.

Basically you are best sticking with a tandoori dish, keeping away with anything in a creamy sauce.

Good luck in achieving your goal.

probably quite a few, not all indian food is is high fat though. Some of the fruity sauces are quite good, I wouldnt worry too much about indulging in a takeaway now and then though lifes too short. Enjoy! then be sensible the rest of the week.

If it's a special occasion, just enjoy it, forgive yourself and start again tomorrow. There are far too many points, unless you buy a jar from Sainsburys low fat range and make your own.
