you can't isolate part of a muscle, it's physiologically impossible. muscles either contract as a whole or not at all.

flat bench, incline and decline bench all target both heads of the pectorals, use the anterior deltoid, triceps as a synergists and the biceps brachii as a dynamic stabilizer.

changing the angle of an exercise changes the pattern of muscle fiber recruitment which causes different muscle fibers to be activated. so the same muscles are used but different muscle fibers within those muscles are stimulated. this is why bodybuilders try to use a variety of exercises as an attempt to hit each muscle from as many angles as possible

I believe it is incline push ups, where your hands are higher than your feet.
