never to skip your meals. balance diet is very important. just avoid all sugars, starches and fats from your food.
must have fresh fruits (not juices) preferably juicy fruits like watermelon, or any citrus fruits, vegetable salads with lime dressings only or seasonings, clear vegetable soups with no creams, butter. but have lots of proteins in your diet preferably beans, boiled fish with just seasonings and spices but no oil, fat free milk and its products.
avoid fruits like banana, butter fruit, dates, mango, all dried fruits as they are rich in calories.
avoid all nuts/oil seeds or just taken in moderation. avoid red meats, butter, creams, ice creams, sugars, jams and jellies.
avoid all fried foods. remember 1 gram of any oil or any fat gives 9 kcal. and 1 gram of any sugar also gives 4 kcal so its better to avoid it.
avoid potatoes, and other refined and processed foods. you can have rice, wheat porridge with milk, oats or corn flakes instead.
have 8-10 glass of water but no soft drinks.
but you can use artificial sweetener's in little amount for cravings for sweet food items but never to use saccharine.
it will take little longer time but you will get the results. i wont suggest you for crash diet. instead have lots of fruits and vegetable salads along with proteins and some carbohydrates (whole cereals).
dieting is not good as it is very unhealthy and also you might get bulimia and also other complications because of dieting.
if you can not go for any exercise its better to dance for 30-45 Min's.
good luck !!!

First, don't skip meals. It's the deadliest mistake you can make.
Second, here's the good news: healthy food is far cheaper than most unhealthy alternatives.
Here are a few things to try:
1. Cut out all trans fats from your diet. Breakfast sandwiches are often loaded with this unnecessary substance. So are many fast food items and some packaged foods. Drop 'em all immediately, and you'll likely drop a few pounds.
2. Cut way down on red meat in favor of chicken, turkey and fish. We eat turkey meatballs, chicken tacos ... and once in a while I splurge and have a burger. It makes a huge difference.
3. Opt for a healthier breakfast. Try a whole grain English muffin with peanut butter (Smart Balance or another healthy alternative) and a banana.
4. Look into some of the healthier granola/snack bars if you must eat on the run. I'm a big of Clif Bars; my sister swears by Lunas. We both love Odwallas. Buy them singly before splurging on a box - they're not cheap.
5. Substitute whole grain pasta and bread for more processed things. I used to hate wheat anything - but over time, I've developed a taste for it.
6. Switch out a greater variety of fruits and vegetables for potatoes and white rice. Frozen is as good as fresh, and they're cheap. The frozen steam-in-bag kinds are really tasty, and I've learned that it's easy to sautee some frozen veggies in olive oil with spices and duplicate the same tastes for a fraction of the cost.
7. Speaking of olive oil? It's your friend. Butter? Not so much.
8. Snack! A handful of baby carrots, a handful of walnuts, a little bit of fresh salsa on whole grain, baked chips? These can help you lose weight because when you sit down to eat a meal, you'll only eat what you're hungry for.
9. If you do eat out, check the nutrition info pages for your favorite spots. Some healthy-sounding alternatives aren't, and some chains are so deadly (Quizno's, for one) that the only alternative is to go elsewhere.
Good luck!

Don't stop eating or skipping meals this is not only unhealthy but will make you put on more weight, try not to eat after 7pm it will only sit in your stomach and stop eating three meals a day, women are not designed to have three big meals a day you should be having several little meals that are healthy and nutritious that way you won't get hungry and your not over eating, also try not to have to many carbs these are a womens worst nightmare, and lastly join a gym try a dance group not only will you burn the calories you will also have fun and meet others who are in the same boat as you.Your 19 girl you should be at the top of your game start burning.

You have a great goal. But, I think you are going at it wrong. Exercise is great, but you can not exercise off the pounds... At the end of the day, calories in vs calories out makes the difference. (A half hour on a tread mill may get you 400 calories) There are aprox 3400 calories/pound so you need to have a net loss of 95,200 cal to drop 24 pounds. Read every label and limit your daily intake to 1200 calories. Fruits and vegs are a great start. 2-3 pounds / week is a good goal. Eat 5-6 times/day but limit the TOTAL calories in to 1200/day. You will win this.

Sounds like you are eating too many carbs (all that bread). Don't skip breakfast, this will slow your metabolism. Eat 5-7 smaller meals each day. High protein/lo carb has worked best for me. And drink a lot of water everyday.
You are doing good by not eating late at night.
And someone suggested the Tae Bo workouts at home - they are good when you can't access a gym or good place to run.

don't do the "cleanse" it just gives you a headache...here is what you NEVER do-do not NOT eat.your body holds on to the fat cells in order to survive if you don't eat even breakfast..our bodies are very melodramatic lol.Never eat after eight oclock at night...you'll just be asking for the fat.You HAVE to find time to do some sort of exercise...it is the ONLY way.No gimmick will work.Only hard work and persistence.I won't sugar coat things because this is the reality and I really do hope you reach your goals.
