If you were to actually be able to burn more than you take in, you must be only having 1200 calories a day or less. When you eat this many a day and workout, even a tiny bit of exercise, you lose muscle, NOT fat. Try eating at least 1500 calories a day to keep your muscles, and dont overwork yourself, an hour a day keeps the fat away, not alot more is necessary.
Hope I helped!

Firstly, there's no way you'd be able to burn off double the amount of calories you take in. There's just not enough hours in the day, by a long shot. Secondly, if you did manage to do it, yes, it would be unhealthy, because you wouldn't have any energy left to do the basic things like respiration, and generally live.

You may be putting yourself into to much of a calorie deficite. Say if you take in 1500 calories a day. Usually most people will burn that off just in day to day activities and then you add exercise on top of that and you burn 1500 calories. That puts you in a 1500 calorie deficite and your body may begin to hold onto fat because it thinks you are staving yourself.

If you are burning double what you are taking in then you are not eating enough. That is unhealthy.

Though it is an unlikely feat, eventually, after you lose all body fat, your body will utilize your muscle tissue, so no, not at all healthy.
