there are so few that are truly healthy like the Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad at Chic-fil-A. in order for a food item to truly be "healthy" it has to be 100% all natural. all of the additives and preservatives in processed foods are one of many causes contributing to many health problems today. over time when consumed in large quantities they have nothing but a negative effect on the endocrine system and health. just because a food item is low calorie or low in fat it's not automatically healthy, you have to look at the individual ingredients contained in that food item.

They are not healthy!
Our eyes believe what they see.you see small hamburger but u can not imagine how much fat it contains!
Most of them are processed & half prepared they are not fresh .
The other problem is that they do not contain enough vitamins& minerals ...they are mostly rich in protein which will
harm hearth & blood circulation system...& lots of diseases or even heart attacks.
I personally prefer simple & healthy recipes which contain vegetables,potatoes..& small amount of meat to be steamed or baked without oil...in addition with milk(not cola) & fruits instead of stale french fries....
Which sort of diet do u think is healthier?
