for maximum energy levels in the gym you would have wanted to have eaten less than 2 hours before going to exercise. you want to consume some protein and carbs immediately after exercise to jump start the recovery process.

Personally, I like to eat before and after my workouts. I usually eat carbs before and protein after.

I do it after, presuming I am not going for a jog in the morning, otherwise I will need breakfast. I give it an hour if before. Ultimatly, it doesnt matter before or after, it does the same thing.

i wouldn't eat before a workout- it will make u sick to ur stomach- i would eat after. because usually, ur hungry after a workout anyway.

you should eat after to replenish nutrients in your body. If you eat before you should wait 2 hours before working out- you do not want to hinder proper digestion or make yourself sick.
