I am 15 years old, 5'4, 137 pounds. I have wide hips and too much fat in certain places. I also happen to have rather large breast. I need help. I want to loose at least 10 pounds before February and I know I can, but i dont know how. I exercise regularly but i dont eat healthy at all. I want to try laxatives or diet pills! With my moms permission of course. Please help.

Listen here,forget the pills and Laxatives.l do not believe your mum would allow you to take these anyway.lf you are overweight,then you need to concetrate on a healthy eating regime.Get your mum to take you to the family doctor where you will get the best advise.Healthy food,this is what you need.Forget about all that junk food.now and then as a treat,its fine.Concentrate on a healthy diet and plenty of exercise and you will see results.l wish you all the best.

ok that is great that you want to loose weight, but not with laxatives of diet pills (you will only loose water with laxatives, which you will gain again, with diet pills you just REALLY screw up your metabolism and because you are 15 you are STILL growing and you will loose that "baby fat" in your stomach).
What I will do is this, eat less carbs (by this I mean any pasta, breads, candy, sodas) eat more lean protein foods (like tuna, steak, turkey) dont eat after 8pm and have small portions of food 5 or 6 times a day instead of 3 times. This will make your metabolism go faster (hence=you loose weight)
Do some cardio exercise ( run, cycle, play tennis, whatever sport)
Drink lots of water and if you are still thinking of taking those awful pills (please DONT, instead try GREEN TEA! its great!)
About me, i lost 40 pounds now, from 210 Im in 170 Im 5 11' and Im a guy. I know its hard, but those easy ways out (that I tried, only hurt me and really didnt see much difference)
I am "muscular" now, and can see my abs and all, but it wasnt "free" I had to change the way I ate, think and I feel SO MUCH better. So trust me and try this. If you want some exercises for "hard to loose weight areas" let me know

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

First , do you eat breakfast ? For ex: egg whites, strips of chicken breast , with some salsa on it .Or try some instant grits with a shot of honey and skim milk . Breakfast is so important for metabolism , also drink alot of water mix some crystal light if you must ,be sure to drink 2 glasses before bed and 2 right when you get up. Second dont eat after 3 hours before you go nite nite . Third walk after dinner at least 30 min. It would'nt hurt to eat 6 to 8 small snacks or meals instead of 3 square meals a day . Fish grilled-- like salmon 3 times a week can drop 5 lbs. a week off you kiddo . Stay away from white breads and grains even rice . Hope this helps you ? Laxatives will not help you lose weight and using them regularly can cause some serious medical problems. So scrap that idea. Diet pills can help, but the most important thing is that you eat a normal healthy diet. You've already said that you don't eat healthy. You can correct that, and you should correct that. And keep up the regular exercising.

You should eat a balanced diet.Or maybe you wanna try taking smaller but more meals like:
Breakfast:A small,healthy sandwich made out of mostly veg and include whole-grain bread or healthy bread.
Lunch:A salad with low-fat sauce or if you can take it,no sauce at all.Put veg like cabbage & tomato,put fruits too.Not too much,though.
Tea:A cup of low fat beverage and low fat,a few whole grain biscuits
Dinner:A cup of veg and a serving of healthy fruit
Supper:A cup of low fat milk/tea
Try not to indulge.If you want to eat chicken,eat the breast meat and not the skin!!!Same for others!!Eat the healthy part!!

Okay something I think would help, which is what I'm having my mom do because she keeps begging for my help.

Eat fish and veggies, fruits. Avoid very much meat, but still eat some. No soda. Eat at about the same time every day.
Drink COLD water with your meals.

As for the work out stuff...can't help you there.

gud food and good lifestyle..

exercise regularly .. avoid junk food.. eat at moderate food at regular intervals.. and have a active life..
